I was excited to discover an F.Y.E. and immediately drove over 30 minutes to pay them a visit. I was disappointed to find the store closed when I arrived shortly before 6p. I could see 2 associates inside, so I called, and was informed that they'd closed early due to a system malfunction. Okay....
So I returned the next day to find some great deals on cds and fun collectibles. I was surprised when the associate closed the store well before 8pm.
With these unpredictable operating practices it is nearly impossible to shop here on a whim. One shouldn't have to confirm store hours before planning a trip to the store.

I am somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. The location is basically a dead mall.The variety in music is small and most of the items are used. Big location, but was not offered any help. I would say better off shopping elsewhere

Staff was extremely rude . They were cursing in front of customers. Is there a number for corporate? No wonder FYE is going downhill .

We walked in the store, one of 4 we even go to in this mall and the sensors were going off. We checked the plushies we just won at the arcade. No sensors. We walked through one by one, no sensors. Then 3 steps AFTER, the sensors go off. I don't litter let alone steal. So I'm opening my bags and showing the employees when a short woman employee approaches with a terrible attitude. She's impatient to get the issue resolved: to attend to her empty store. Simply due to her demeanor we left. I would rather she had called security and proved my innocence than hand her my personal belongings and have something go missing at the register. Absolutely not. That store doesn't pay you that much to play cop- get over yourself.

It's getting harder to find actual CDs abs DVDs these days. Especially used ones. The value is unmatched imo. They have a huge selection of physical media. They also have clothes too. And action figures. And games. The service also cant be beat. If they don't have it they'll try to order it for you. And most importantly for me is it's tax free! They also have whole series of TV shows and collectibles. I highly recommend them. I've been going there for years. Here's a tip - check out the used section first. You might find what your looking for real cheap. They also usually have but 1 get 1 free sales. The only downside is there's no book or magazine section. Yet. Lol I'm a book lover too. And magazine lover. Ok I've done enough rambling. Yada yada yada. Lol go to this place and shop and save some money. :)

3 is the most I can do cause the corporate ties. I commend you on being one of last places selling music in various formats. Hell , I thank you. Plus you got a bunch of lil things my daughter likes. Overall, it's pretty much the only reason to go into concord mall anymore ... Sadly.

Good store. Well organized. Anxious yet friendly staff. Stay strong FYE, we need these kinds of stores! Where else am I going to go to buy very specific niche things as well as random collectables or limited run items, in person, at a good price. I'm very much a person the prefers to see what I'm getting up close and personal, rather than risk online buying and getting a lemon. I only wish they weren't located in a malls all the time. Get closer to the comic book, ttrpg stores, or book stores and I'm certain more people would come in.
