Fulton bank is the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. Bad customer service my account is constantly getting compromised for some reason or other that they can’t give me a straight answer for. Don’t bank with them.

Worst bank ever! Customer service is terrible to make a simple deposit take 25 min bare minimum no matter what time of the day and that’s in there drive thru! Other Fulton banks it’s not like this just this Kirkwood highway location! Go else where if u can!

AVOID THIS BRANCH! If you can visit another Fulton bank branch instead of this one, I would. I've dealt with this branch many times over the past year and every time I encounter the manager- blonde with kinda curly hair- she is awful to me. The other employees seem decent, unfortunately it's almost always this rude manager I have to deal with. I don't know what this woman's problem is but she makes my monthly trip to this branch miserable. I'd get into the details of the exact situations she's been so rude in, but I'm sure you all aren't interested in that. So all I will say is if you can avoid going to this Fulton bank branch off route 2, I would.

Fulton bank is the most service oriented bank I have dealt with in 40 years. From my local branch (Kirkwood hwy) to call in customer service they are excellent .

I have an annuity with Fulton Bank and I receive a monthly income which is deposited to my checking. On 1/17 it came to my attention that I had fraud on my account and I opened a new account. Called annuity company and they said they would send a form. No form called my advisor and he said he would would call a supervisor. Still no for. Linda from the advisor sent me an email with an attachment to be filled out and faxed to annuity. I don't have a printer so I went to Fulton and sat down with Mandi. I forwarded the email to her and she printed it out and faxed. Stated she would keep it until she was sure they received it. Then to my surprise she then emailed a response to the financial advisor and his assistant. Best customer service ever. Was losing hope until Mandi went out if her way to help me.

I have nothing to say but i want my checking account reinstated my debit card reactivated and my money i had 260 left and you took away and why im about to have an anxiety attack cause of your discrimintory actions im thinking lawsuit got that

This branch is amazing I've been with Fulton for years, anytime I have had an issue they are very quick to try to help solve it. They are always kind and welcoming. Jeanie is a sweetheart. I always recommend this bank to anyone looking.

I've only been with Fulton Bank for 3 months, but every interaction with any employee (from the tellers to the district manager) has caused my blood pressure to rise. They are not knowledgeable and refuse to extend good customer service. One day, I went thru the drive-thru to make a deposit, but I did not have a deposit slip. I thought endorsing the back of the check with my account # would be sufficient. However, the teller refused to make the deposit for me unless I completed a deposit slip. I asked her if she could complete it to save some time, but she refused. She held up the line by shooting a deposit slip to me thru the machine that sends paperwork back and forth at the drive-thru. It only takes a second to complete the slip, BUT SHE ACTUALLY REFUSED!!! She also stated that "customers must follow the rules!" I felt like I would have gotten my knuckles hit with a ruler if I was actually inside the bank!!! This incident was one of MANY that would make anyone's head spin! Needless to say, I'm going to close ALL of my accounts~!
