We made the biggest mistake in bring our 8-month-old shih Tzu there to get groomed. The owner was rude, and she butchered my poor baby. A toddler with safety scissors would have done a better job. Please don't bring your dog there unless you want to be disappointed and wait for your dog's hair to grow back in order to get it done correctly. I wish I could post without one star, but I can't so please know the 1-star rating was out of necessity.

Best groomer around! Has taken care of my older dog for 10 years. Just brought my new rescue in with him and Beth was amazing with her!

I took my dog that died there many times. When I got my third poodle, things had changed. She had a male groomer, and he always forgot something. There were times he forgot to pluck her ears, or trim her claws and the bottoms of her feet. I would not recommend for a poodle or a poodle mix.

So I’ve been taking my yorkie to Beth for the last 3 years. No issues. My yorkie has social anxiety, so he gets a little excited around people. My yorkie made a mistake of pooping on her floor. You would think that would be expected being as though you specialize working with fur babies. So because of one mistake that he made, Beth banned my yorkie from her shop. So disappointing being as though she is the only groomer that he knows.

These ladies are absolutely wonderful! They take their time with each dog parent to get a feel for what their dog is like. My dog actually smells like sunshine! Thanks ?

I took my newly rescued cat to get bathed and groomed. I Spoke to someone at the Salon several times prior to the appointment about the bath and groom and asked if it would be a problem and I was assured it would not. The bath was my primary purpose of the appointment. His ears were cleaned, nails cut and he was brushed. The service I received was appropriately priced but they would not bathe him and just said it was not the right time. I now have to take him somewhere else to receive the service I really needed and waited 2 weeks for.

I brought my newly rescued cat there for a bath and a groom. There was approximately a two week wait for the appointment, and I spoke to someone twice prior to the appointment about the bath. Upon receiving a call that my cat was finished, I questioned how the bath went and was told he didn't get one. I was also told he didn't need to be groomed, and he was just brushed, his ears cleaned, and his nails clipped. The main reason for me taking him in was because he hadn't been bathed in a very long time, if ever. I waited two weeks and now I have to take him somewhere else to be bathed anyway. If I had known that they were going to refuse to bathe him, I would have gone elsewhere to begin with.

My dog is a lab hound mix 5 years old and hes still a big clown, so he is all over the place when nails are being trimmed .This place is great they put him in a harness lift And trim his nails quickly and efficiently with no chaos.
