Didn’t have the good experience others had. Installation was OK but expect trim issues. In 4th week of trying to get small but noticeable defect repaired or even scheduled to be repaired. Communication is terrible; I have to keep calling or emailing. UPDATE: Ariel replaced the defective board this afternoon. The floor looks good and has been fixed to my satisfaction. I'd give 3 1/2 stars now (from 2). Team still needs to work on scheduling and customer communication issues. Sean - thank you for your quick response. Ariel has fixed it.

Our experience was outstanding from picking out our flooring to the installation process. Billy from Floor Concepts was extremely helpful and great to work with. The installers were very thorough and exceptionally skilled in laying the floor. It looks tremendous! Floor Concepts will always be our first choice for new flooring.

Fantastic Service! Unfortunately it’s rare to find good customer service and when you find it, it should be acknowledged. We were extremely happy with all of the salespeople we talked to but particularly Bill. He went above and beyond to meet and even exceeded our expectations. I am not one to write reviews but felt the need to due so in this case given the service we received. Keep up the good work Bill ??

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had LVT Floors installed on our whole 1st level of our home and our experience with this company was excellent! From the show room to the installers everyone was fantastic to work with! Highly recommend?

EDITED & UPDATED REVIEWMy previous review and pic got back to this business and they sent someone to my home almost immediately to fix the problem we needed completed from the time we got the floors done last year. After a week of observation, the final job turned out well.
