Worst experience! Walked around the showroom for 20 minutes no one greeted or offered any help. We left without being acknowledged.

Needed to replace an old Kohler shower faucet with no part number on it. Salesperson was super helpful and patient on the phone and helped me locate the correct part which they had in stock. Counter service was quick and easy and price was reasonable.
