Same horrible experience with that lady. Told the lady I'm here for apple return with printed QR code. She started to read the paper, I told her it is apple return just scan QR code, she snap and said "Don't tell me how to do my job, I'm being working for 19yrs" OKAY~ I asked her I was here 2 weeks ago and you just scan the code. she said "policy could have changed" I again asked her politely, "did it change or not?" then she fumbled on computer screen for few minute and told me she needs to call tech support. I waited 15 more minute and she now tells me it must be a system issue and unable to process the return request. Right~ for someone who have been working for 19yrs she sure does bear minimum with horrible attitude.The next day I went to FedEx in 4120 Concord Pike. I was in and out in less than 10 min.AVOID this location until they get someone who actually want to work and help customers.

Very unhelpful, don’t never help always tell you to use the self service machine and the files come out horrible. I hate this fed ex they never wanna do their job at least the other fed ex locations help their customers this one need to shut down

I very much love FedEx, especially when it comes to printing and faxing. This location especially has an women clerk that is just very sour and overall refuses to assist anyone. The location out 202 is so friendly and helpful. I encourage anyone that seeks FedEx, do NOT go to the 12th location.

Very unhelpful. Having problems with retrieval code woman couldn't even leave behind the counter to help us and then started waiting on other people. I typically use a lot of fedexes and don't have a problem this is very disappointing.

Came to this location one of the workers I think he is corporate is here he did not open the door for me watch me go and struggle with my baby and then went upstairs and then there was another representative as he was from corporate and I wanted to speak to him he continued to ignore me and go on his way when was Caucasian one was black I got their name it was so hot in there and they were so rude I had to leave and not come here

Arrived on tax day 10 minutes prior to closing with a number of files that must go out the door. Staff informed me they already shut their system down and refused to accept mail except through the drop box, which does not recognize the date of receipt. Had to drive to Philadelphia airport to deliver files and recognize submission in time for tax deadlines. Not sure how you can simply shut down the store early.

It should be 5 stars but I cant mark it on 5. Lets say 4 from 5 managers here received stars but I don't like fifth one. All people here are amazing professionals and carrying experts except today's manager who was amazing drama actor. Each time he maid different faces and asked strange questions, like playing some roles. From his words lhe working in some print fairy tale office with pony and little princess which don't belongs to FedEx. I don't like when people take histery to their work and share it with you like you should take it..

Ms. Victoria assisted me with several canvas prints and she is truly amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that the end results exceeded my expectations. Made sure to stay in constant communication throughout the entire printing process. I truly can't thank her enough.
