I go out of my way to go to this FedEx location!! All the staff are super helpful and friendly, especially Albert! He always remembers my name and things we talked about in previous conversations. Best customer service I've ever had!!

Ryan is amazing! We was super helpful and patient with our printing needs. He was kind, informative, and knew exactly how to help us. Albert also helped us and was very kind. Great team, super pleased with our printing experience.

Revisit this location for some of the best fedex service ever. Great guidance and patience. Sure all locations can fall short on service. I have one thing to say,,,, don't forget the employees of FEDEX are customers too.

I went to FedEx Friday to get a package delivered overnight on a Saturday. The rep spent time verifying that a Saturday delivery could be made so I spent $51 for the delivery. It is Monday, the package still hasn't been delivered. Turns out the rep failed to mention that he couldn't guarantee the business would be open for delivery. He also failed to mention that the money back guarantee has been suspended. Also turns out that there's absolutely nothing that the store can do to reimburse me for their mistakes. I went to FedEx instead of USPS thinking that I'd get the best service from FedEx. Could not have been more wrong so writing this review as a warning to others.

It took Fedex 4 days to bring a package from their New Castle hub to my house - at most a 6 to 7 mile walk. They are a terrible delivery company.

I really hope I have the right location, but there was a gentlemen who worked there named Kerel (or Karel). I spoke to him over the phone and told him I needed some special help shipping something that a friend of mine was going to drop off. I normally live in Manhattan but have been in Sacramento for the past 3 weeks and needed a package delivered to me out west. He was all over it in an amazing way! Could not have done better or asked for a more thoughtful smart team member than this gentlemen. To Fed Ex Management, I assure you a raise is in order, because this guy was great.

Got yelled at by one of the employees. I was just asking for my package and help for my claim. He was very rude. The other lady was very nice. I don't know what's going on with him, he was just straight mean to me. I even said I am sorry to make your morning miserable. I was just simply asking for customer service, i was polite too. If i have an option, i won't be choosing this branch.
