Colleen was amazing! I was in crunch for my hubby’s party’s and stressed. I had ordered online but didn’t quite want the exact order I made which was a different size and called and she adjusted the size for the order before it was printed. She also allowed me to pick it up sooner which was a big deal as I needed the order asap for the party. You were indeed an Angel in disguise that day Colleen. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

The FED Ex Team really showed Me how to receive a better Print. I had no idea what to do. They really know Their machines very well. They deserve top Rate in $$$. Thanks for everything. They have ALL the answers.

Visited this place because i needed to get 3 passport-style photos. There was no description of prices for these services, instead there was written that "your photos will be ready just in a few minutes". There was nobody at the desk, and i have been waiting for almost 5 minutes until the staff showed up. In order to proceed with the payment for photos, she had to collect my private information like my name and my mobile phone number (have no idea why it should be necessary), and told me that she could issue me either 2 or 4 photos. I agreed to get 4 photos because i needed 3 of them anyway. She told me that it will cost 17 $, plus i must pay 6 $ more for a digital copy of my photo on the USB flash drive that she will also give to me. When i told that i only need the physical copies of my photo and asked if i can get just the photos and not the USB with the digital copy (because i don't need it), she told me that no, i have to pay for both, she can't issue me just the photos without the digital copy. I was surprised because when i visited the FedEx office in June, it was optional there to choose a digital copy, but here - not?..Then, when i have paid and got the package with the photos, i found out that there are 2 of them instead of 4. When i asked her why did she give me 2 instead of 4, she replied that she did it, so then i don't have to pay additional 17 $ for 2 more photos, and that's why she also charged me for the USB as well (so then i can go and print down more copies somewhere else). And she said that in fact i don't have to pay for the USB, if i don't need digital photos, which does contradict with what she has said just 10 minutes earlier. That means that she lied to me by saying that the digital copy is mandatory included, and basically she doesn't even listen to the customer when he asks for 4 copies, and not 2. Then, she charged me 17 $ more for 2 more photos, but first she told me to wait until she serves other customers. So i spend there half an hour and paid 40 $ for these 4 photos (while in FedEx there was no waiting, no demands of private information and it costed just 10 $ for 2 photos, plus additional 5 $ if digital copy is needed). I'm never going to use their service at this place again.

I have used their
[email protected] web address to send documents from my laptop to this email address only only pdf file please ... So when I got here for a business contracts documents I had received a code back on my email address six digits which you can either self print going to their self service area or ask them to print st little higher cost per page . Pronto my order is ready ... Hito go...

I dropped off 2 envelopes for next-day delivery. The next day, I checked the tracking, and it showed it never left the Kirkwood Hwy store. After many many many many phone calls that covered a 6-hour span, I found out that my envelopes fell off the FedEx driver's cart and onto the sidewalk as he was wheeling it from the store to the truck. The driver didn't notice it, but an employee from another store saw it and brought it into the FedEx Office store about 8 p.m., long after the FedEx driver left. No one in the FedEx Office store thought to phone me about it that night OR the next day, even though my company's name and phone number were on the shipping label. Therefore, my 2 envelopes did not make it to their destinations the next day. They didn't get to their destinations until 2 days later. If I wanted that, I would have placed a stamp on it at a MUCH cheaper rate instead of FedEx's high rate !!! They just don't care at this location !!!! Apathy is the culture there !!!
