I had to put down my 17 year old dog today and they couldn't be kinder under the circumstances. The price was much much lower than the vet's. I appreciated their taking me back to the vet so quickly upon my arrival. Also appreciated their explanations and obvious sympathy.

Last week my friend and I went to Faithful Friends to surrender an abandoned cat. We were helped by Lynn, the cat manager. She was very nice and answered any questions we had. She told us about the new shelter and gave us a tour of the new facility. We were very appreciative of the time she took with us . Everyone we came in contact with was friendly . We felt very confident leaving this cat in their hands.

I am a member of the military and for reasons pertaining to the military my wife and I decided to try to rehome our pet. My wife met with one of the men there and they said my dog was to hyper and anxious because of the loud sounds from an aircraft flying by so they denied my dog. Who wouldn't be anxious from loud noises and what dog doesn't get excited to meet people. He didn't bite or anything, he was just happy to meet a new person and yet we still got denied. This place is unfair

What a fantastic experience! The facility is spotless and quiet. It is evident that a peaceful environment for the animals is a top priority. Kathie was such a kind and knowledgeable help at the front desk. Bri, Lynn and Taylor were incredibly helpful with finding the right cat for my mom’s and my families. They all know and love these cats so much! We were given so many helpful information packets, samples and goodies when we brought home our kitten to set us up for a great start with our new family member! Thank you Faithful Friends!

Excellent experience shows empathy, down to earth, handled my cat with care and really exhibited the love they have for the animals well being. The vet Dr. Lawrie pet my cat the entire time he was in the room. I wish I could have all my vet services rendered by this facility and will be referring and donating regularly to this wonderful organization. Thank you Faithful Friends for all you do for the animals in need.

I just wanted to take a moment to rain praise on Faithful Friends Shelter and Clinic, and the past and present staff. They are an ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING group of people.It was a past staff member I ran into on Facebook that recommended I check out Faithful Friend as an affordable place to look for a dog of my own. Because of her, I adopted an American Pitbull mix from them back in 2019. He was a strong willed, ornery, problem child, to whom I related to on so many levels, lol. He had spent 268 days in the shelter before I adopted him and I decided right then that I would never put him through that again if I could help it.Through the years I have gone through many life transitions that made me think I would need to give him up. But I fought hard not to. And FF fought hard for us both. They have provided help with behavior training, food, and vet care over the years. And even boarded him temporarily while I sorted out my new work/living situation. They have bent over backwards to help keep him and I together. Always there when I had questions, always willing to help, and always showing compassion to my loveable, but often challenging 4 legged friend. Darn dog has more friends than me!I just wanted to thank the Organization for serving the community, the staff for loving and caring for the animals and their owners, and for helping keep my dog and I together. Keep up the great work, you ARE changing lives, both human and animal alike.

I came to Faithful Friends looking to adopt a second cat, with sentimental intentions, and was hoping to find a specific cat. Kathie was kind enough to take the time match me with the perfect cat. She has been the perfect addition to my family, she fits right in and reminds me of something important. I truly appreciate Kathie's work and the energy she puts into her work.

Gotten two cats and a dog here over the years. Volunteered at Faithful Friends as a child with my mom. Both processes were as easy as possible. They are kind to the animals and also offer great vet care for pet owners.
