I had the pleasure of meeting with Tre and Dae’Shawn today and I must say they are truly amazing and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with Enterprise for many years now and they really went above and beyond. They both have amazing personalities who made me feel like I had known for years. You truly have an amazing team at your Wilmington train station location! Thank you Tre and Dae’Shawn!

Been renting with enterprise and national for over a year now and is apart of the emerald club. I have been renting cars even longer than i been at enterprise for business and i tried to rent a car the other day but shay the manager chose the discretion of not giving me a rental because 1 letter on my License is different than on my credit card. Even though i have been renting from enterprise with no issues soon as i try to rent from this location it is a problem. Customer service told me it is based off the discretion of the location and i gave shay no reason to believe it was fraud. This location cost me a couple of jobs i had lined up soley on the fact of one letter difference in my name even though i showed identification (picture) of me with the correct spelling and my social security card with the correct spelling. Horrible service would not reccomend unless you are from the area.

I rented a car from the office in the Amtrak Station. Tremaine and Dae’Shawn were awesome. They really took care of me, especially when I had a problem with the car I rented. They did not bat an eye and took care of the problem. They even brought the other rental to me. Awesome service. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will make sure to rent from the Amtrak Enterprise Office. Thanks for everything Tremaine and Dae’Shawn!!

I was overcharged because the manager lied & said I dropped the keys in the overnight box when I, in fact, handed the keys to her and was told she could not give me a receipt right then because she had to check the car in. She said she would email the receipt but did not. The only reason I was refunded for the 2 extra days is because they were closed Saturday and Sunday and I returned the keys to THE MANAGER Friday at 5:45pm. If this had happened during the week I would have been charged the 2 extra days. Also, it took numerous calls and several hours of my time to finally get a caring associate that explained why my $108, one day rental turned into over a $500 charge! He credited back immediately. This efficient associate was in Mexico so try to reach an associate there (although you probably can't request that) if you need a resolution to an overcharge!

My experience of this location on July 17th 2021 was indeed less than satisfactory, it was deplorable and not in keeping with the company's Mission, given how big the company is I expected more but was tremendously letdown, the manager at this location was rude and dismissive, the branch manager sets her own rules on who gets cars or not, wasted money going back and forth to the location, would not recommend. My rental experience was absolutely horrific. Knowing that I'll need a big vihical for my friends and family on my summer vacation, I reserved a full size SUV. The day prior to my reservation I called the location, spoke to the front desk to confirm my reservation, he said it'll be ready, upon arriving, the manager (I believe her name is Tremaine) was at the desk, gave her my licence and CC, she said they have a Nissan Armda, she charged my card plus $400 for security, she gets up to the back room, comes back, to my disbelieve she tells me there's no SUV's (I checked at their lot there was a full size SUV sitting there,) and starts claiming that I didn't confirm my reservation. She starts lying to me that she never charged my card, when I showed her on Chase app that she actually did charge me, she said "for all I know, you could have been at a different car rental today that charged you". What a hypocrite. She offered a Nissan Centre instead (small vihical), but she wanted to up charge me, more then double, claiming, since it's a different category she can't link it to my original reservation, what a lie!!!! We agreed to give her a few more days to get me a full size SUV, meanwhile I'll take a small car, I made a reservation on a Nissan centre for 3 days. Came back after 3 days, guess what, same Sh*tty company just a different day, they offered a 4 passenger instead of a full size SUV for a higher price then my original reservation. Yes, they charged me more then the original price. Company policy: "we screw you and you have to pay for our mess up"!!! If you're looking for a car rantal that lies, doesn't care for their customers, then this is your place to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very deceptive with their pricing and availability. They do not treat customers well, stay away!

I needed to rent a car for a few days. I’ve had good experiences with Enterprise in the past. I was able to pick the car I wanted online. The process was easy. The agents and manager were professional and very helpful. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The only thing that would have made this better is the customer pickup and return option that Enterprise states they offer. I had to find a way there and back home.

The WORST car rental experience ever! I was delivered a car that smelled of cigarette smoke my an unmasked attendant who I later learned was the manager. I was charged a "deposit" fee of hundreds of dollars without notice despite the fact they had all the insurance information including an email from a manager that it was covered. I have attempted to resolve with the site but can not get anyone to answer the phone. I have spent over 2 hours on hold and been hung up when I asked to hold for a manager. Incredibly frustrating!

Not a nice an experience. Accused me of damage to one of their vehicles. Damaged to the vehicle was already done prior to us renting the vehicle. Would not be renting a car from this location anymore.

My car was hit by a drunk driver, the drunk drivers insurance company uses this unprofessional company to rent their cars from. A week before I received my check for my car, Enterprise came and took the car out of the parking lot where my daughters and I are currently residing. I did not receive any notification before they came and took the car. My daughters car seat and our clothes were inside of the rental car. Today I recorded the employees on my cellphone, who are the same employees who were there when I came and picked up the rental car. They have no idea where my daughters car seat is or our clothes. I had to contact the Wilmington Police Department who came and took a report, so that I can now file a lawsuit against Enterprise for the total cost of all of our belongings. Enterprise Corporate will be emailed, and I will send them a copy of the recording of their employees so that Corporate is able to see how the people they hire treat their customers, but also so that Corporate is aware that they are being sued.

Traveling out of state,booked a reservation & was told over the phone that although I did not have a credit card,I would still be ok to rent the car with my debit card,insurance info,& identification. Once I got to the location an hour later,was told because I had an out of state license & no credit card,they would not be able to help me.The gentleman on the phone knew this information & assured me it would be fine.The person at the desk was extremely slow with helping me.Cust
