I asked a question, can i bring my 2 and a half year old here for speech therapy, they responded right away with "Yes we can help you, pls call this #" with a name and #. Sounded great. I live in Wilmington, but was refferred to Philadelphia who reffered me to DE County. Its not my county, im in New Castle in Wilmington DE. I left voicemails and never heard back. So I called this # back and left a voicemail about how they redirected me back here and I think we belong here. No ones calking me or her father back who also called. I STILL want to come here! I just cant get ahold of anyone and get in! Meanwhile my childs struggling bad...its breaking my heart. I just want to get her help. I hope this gets me somewhere cause this looks great! I just cant get in. I was told yes, but...its not happening. Still patiently waiting for my and or my fiance's voicemails to be answered. Im very confused. And at this rate how can I potty train or get ready for pre-school? Anxious. Thank you for your time.UPDATE: They flat lied to me and never called myself or my fiance' back. Our Pediatrician told us not to go here and gave us 2 other places to try. We will be coming in in person to find out why we are lied to and then ignored. Really awesome for my child with special needs to get turned away! Very nice. Very angry.
