I've been doing business with Ty for well over 10 years which is crazy to say. He's a good man and a great mechanic. He can pretty much fix anything. And if needed he will simply install parts if you bring them in. He's definitely the first guy you should call if you have any car issues!

First, While I don't wish to write a negative review, I feel I must speak about this incident for someone looking for a new mechanic. I have a car that had a leaking oil-pan seal. It was a small leak, and I put it off (for at least a year) before I decided to have it done. Dun Rite has done work for me in the past, so I figured this shouldn't be too complicated. On May 4th 2021, I brought my car in for service to repair (reseal) the oil pan. While doing the process he mentioned that the oil pan was badly rusted and advised to replace it. After looking at it, I agreed it needed replacing. After a few hours the job was done and I left the shop. I drove home and parked it near my driveway on a dry spot. Three hours later I went to look under the vehicle and found a large oil spot in the center of the vehicle. Before doing the work, my car never had a major leak. Only a small drop (or two) per day, on the passenger side only. I never had any leaks that came from the center of the vehicle. I also noticed that two bolt were not tightened down near the engine and the "down-pipe". So, I called Ty**** (the same day) and told him that he did something wrong. He says to stop by tomorrow morning and he will look at it. I bring it in around 10:00 AM, he looks at it, then tells me (with confidence) that my "rear main seal" is leaking. I remain silent for a second. Then I asked, how is that possible? He states "well, the car is old". I asked if he could take a picture of where it's leaking. He does so, then explains how it looks like it been leaking for a while based on how dirty the metal looked. He quoted me a price of over $700.00 dollars. At this point I heard enough and mentioned to him that I never had a rear main seal leak before I brought it to him. I stated that the "major leak" only appeared yesterday, Three hours after he did the job. I mentioned that my driveway has never shown a leak coming from the center portion of the vehicle. He looked surprised and asked if I was sure about that. I said "yes". He still wasn't convinced that it was the oil pan leaking again. He advised me to take it to someone else if I wanted a second opinion. I told him I didn't need a second opinion. I know what I had prior to having him (actually his assistant) do the work. I stated that this new leak was created during the process of repairing the oil pan seal, and that he needs to take care of it. He said "Sure, I'll replace the rear main seal, but it's going to cost you over $700 dollars". I said to him "I can't pay you that much for something you created". At this point he stated he didn't have time to talk to me anymore and had to take care of another customer. He calmly walked away (ignored me) while I was trying to reason with him. At this point I got angry. I followed him, as he walked away, and said "Don't walk away while I'm talking to you, this needs to get resolved". He continued to ignore me as if I wasn't there. He proceeded to talk to another customer. I let him finish. I didn't want to embarrass him in front of his customers. After he was done, He looks at me as if to wonder, why I was still there. I calmly said to him " I'm not going anywhere until this is solved". We continue with the "discussion" he said the only thing he would do, is reseal the oil pan again. I let him do the work but stated that if the rear main seal still leaks, after the fact, he would have to flip the bill for the repair. So, he reseals the oil pan gasket. Well, it turns out I was right. The next day I checked (with my hand) the spot where the leak was coming from. I was dry as a bone. It was the oil pan all along. It's now been four months, NO LEAKS! However he forgot put put back a major part that holds the exhaust pipe. I called him and asked him to find it so I can stop by and pick it up. I didn't even want him to touch the car ever again. Well, that's the whole story. In

I have known Ty of Dunrite for about 20 years now. You'll always get a trustworthy assessment without games and an unsurprising estimate without surprises. Do yourself a favor and let Ty take care of your vehicles.

Ty the mechanic breaks things in your car ENGINE ; doesn’t tell you until you’ve paid so you can come back with the same problem. He’s cheap for a reason. Nobody should come back with a problem that supposed to last years. The only thing he seems to know is oil changes. I recommend you finding A+ licensed mechanic requiring mechanic school for dummies. It’s NEVER dunrite. If you go in with one problem you get called in with multiple problems. I can go on and on about his work. ?♀️

Done Right Auto has been a lifesaver for me and my wife each time I go the service is done right as in the name and the customer service is great. I have known known this auto mechanic for a long time now and he is the best great character. You always get treated right here and the prices are very reasonable most mechanics go after your money but this mechanic does not he does it right they definitely lives up to the name

If Ty can mastermind fixing my hybrid, he can definitely fix yours. I don't trust easy but I trust him with my car.
