One thing about this hotel is way out dated and old. I've been at this hotel over 10 stays. And my last stay, I had a bed bug on my room ? that made me feel so uncomfortable about even staying there anymore. The safe boxes in ALL the rooms do not work. You can't even put away your precious items. That guy Jason at the front desk needs proper training on how to handle pressure. It's no enough shower gels in any of the rooms. I can say it's a handful times I stayed here it was decent. When I mean decent its with a raised eyebrows. Wasn't a good experience most times. ???Food & drinks: Food and drinks are good on the executive floor, that's it?

This is dangerous location, all homeless people around the hotel. We stayed in this hotel for 9 days and below review summaries our stay. This hotel left us thoroughly disappointed – it's aged, unclean, and permeated with a pervasive cigarette stench. Numerous rooms reek of smoke, and even the elevators aren't spared from the unpleasant odor. Basic amenities like bathroom tubs and doorknobs are broken, creating an uncomfortable stay. On our first day, we reported a smoking smell in the bathroom, only to be met with a ludicrous accusation that we might have tampered with the smoke detector. The staff's handling of the situation was both unprofessional and absurd. We were told that we can use executive launge room for snacks and drinks etc. But we tried going to that room 4 to 5 days straight and it doesn't work, front desk says sorry ?.The staff's demeanor was equally subpar. During dinner at the hotel, our server seemed more engrossed in her phone than attending to our needs. Multiple attempts to get her attention were futile, highlighting a lack of responsiveness and customer service. However, amidst this disappointing experience, the saving grace was the commendable service provided by the ladies managing breakfast at Metro Cafe. They demonstrated genuine care for the guests, standing out in stark contrast to the overall disheartening state of the hotel.Rooms: PathaticNearby activities: NothingSafety: Too dangerous, all homeless people around the hotel.

Not the newest hotel in town but still nice. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are a nice size for a few nights. They have an executive floor and do some nice things for their Dimond folks. We call this place the cookie hotel. They did offer a chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. This place has comfy beds. Best I've slept on in a while.Breakfast was typical. They have a buffet. It's good enough.Parking was convenient. Right around the corner with an entrance right into the hotel. Don't forget to ask for the discount parking for $10. The location is manned, so it's a bit secure. In all, this place was not bad for a few nights. It seemed like most people that I intermingled with on this trip weren't very welcoming. The hotel was no different. Is it me? Don't get me wrong. I did meet some nice folks. It's just that not everybody was nice. My impression. Anyway, the hotel was OK.

Service is absolutely awful. Front desk staff member acted like it was a huge inconvenience to print me a paper receipt. Older, shoddy property really needs refresh. Area is sketchy at night.

The front desk staff, Alicia, was welcoming and helpful. The staff at the restaurant while slammed with customers was attentive. Room was comfortable and breakfast was tasty. We would return.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff war friendly. Near Market Street, but not much in the immediate surrounding area. No free breakfast, and a limited selection if you are on a diet. They have a Wednesday night hors d'oeuvres in the bar, but it turns out it is only for club members.

The rooms appeared to be newly renovated but my first floor room was very musty smelling. On the positive side the staff was very polite and courteous.

In general, the hotel was pretty nice. The building and rooms were clean, however there just seemed to be a lot of things missing from the hotel in general that just seemed weird. I'll go over the pros and cons real quick.Pros:Rooms and the general areas of the hotel were clean.Staff and service were friendly.Food was decent quality and not horribly overpriced. Its immediate area is generally nice and there is a lot of things in short walking distance.Cons:No microwaves in the room, this was just downright confusing to me. Why???The breakfast buffet is $15 per person for non diamond members, a little spendy for what you get.No pool, even though it was advertised. I could see a pool on the signs but it looks like it was scrubbed from the map, the pool room has a bike lock in the door handles. Seems a bit more than just OOS.No guest laundry. Now this is somewhat of a serious issue. The nearest laundromat is 1.5 miles away in a somewhat questionable location. For those that arrived by the train like myself, walking there alone could make you at risk of being robbed, or worse. As someone who worked in the hotel industry for Hilton for over 4 years, and with every other Hilton owned hotel I've been having a guest laundry, finding out this one lacked it surprised me. Please fix this!

Just stayed at this hotel and found it to be terrible shabby and not well maintained. The rooms needs better cleaning. The front desk staff were nice when I checked in and it was nice to have access to free snacks at the executive lounge, but the hotel is in need of some TLC, deep cleaning, and renovation.

This hotel is absolutely awful. The paint on the furniture is worn off ? the bathroom door noticeably cracked and painted over several times the dinner room chairs sink in when you sit down, the customer service stinks I had the worst stay - please see pictures belowRooms: The bed linen was soiled with dry blood, the paint was faded off the furniture, the bathroom door was cracked, the desk chair was ripped in the back

I called to see about booking about a room for the weekend to come intown to a family event. Alisha answered the phone and answered all my questions and was extremely professional. I will be sure to book here because I was very pleased with her professionalism and willingness to help make sure my stay would be superior. Best experience I had being a hilton honors member with customer service so far.

Worst Hilton experience ever. Only 2 of the staff showed any forms of customer service. Everyone else had attitudes and didn't seem to want to be helpful. The person who delivered my room service had an attitude because u didn't answer the door right away. I still tipped her $10 because I hoped it might help her have a better day. She didn't give me condiments or flatware, so I still had to leave the room to go get that which meant my food was getting cold. Not to mention it took over an hour to get to me after I ordered it. Guy at the desk had an attitude when I was asking him for something to eat my breakfast with. Only thing that made me feel like I was in a Hilton was the bed and the omelet I had in the restaurant before I left. Other than thar I felt like I could have stayed better in a motel!

This is an old downtown city hotel. It's not a brand new hotel at an interstate interchange, with that in mind, this is my review: 1. the staff was great, very friendly and accommodating.2. Other reviewers are correct, the hotel does not own the parking. PARKING IS EXTRA. If you take your car out during your stay (and this is not valet parking), there is yet an ADDITIONAL EXTRA charge. 3. The hotel common areas, halls and elevator are generally in fair condition but somewhat run down in areas. 4. My door/ door latch is not installed correctly and looks like it was cut out of the frame and replaced (room 501). When "latched" the door still moves forward and backward 1/2"++.5. The room was clean; there was a little dust behind the TV, mattress appears all but new, I could not find any "stains" reported in other reviews . I had no noise issues. Towels were a mix of brand new and older towels, again no "stains" as reported in other reviews. 6. The room appeared to be somewhat recently updated. Some of the furniture was a little beat up/ abused, with a door missing from the desk at the safe. A couple minor blemishes in the walls and damage to the vanity. Bathroom lighting and water pressure was very good. 7. Plenty of phone chargers. 1 at desk and 2 at bed. 8. AC worked well, I had the temp down to 67.9. Ceiling looks brand new. 10. Bar closes at 10 but it appears everything else around here closes long before that. I did not try the executive lounge or breakfast. No issues, 3.5 stars.
