It is the most affordable way to travel, with reasonable ticket prices and multiple departures throughout the day, including very early morning and late night. The service is generally easy, quick, and caring for passengers with mobility issues. Buses are not noisy and drivers can be good, getting passengers to their destination safely. However, the service can be a hit or miss. There are frequent issues with booking and bus conditions. Buses sometimes arrive super packed, leading to situations where people with tickets cannot get on, especially if not arriving very early. Buses may not have working AC, making them very hot, and the folks running it can be a tad bit rude. The buses themselves need an upgrade. While surprise stops at gas stations are appreciated, the service normally does not stop. Despite these flaws, it remains a decent and frequent service that gets passengers where they need to go.

Easy, quick, and caring for someone like myself with mobility issues. They do need to do better with how they book bus travel. They ended up picking up too many people before they got to us, and people with tickets could not get on. I'll also say they need to upgrade the busses a bit. Other than that it was a smooth service.

Need to be there at least 30mins before departure and better much earlier on long weekends, otherwise you may lose your seat. Other than this very reasonable ticket prices.
