Clean, well stocked, and well staffed. The refurbished parking lot is a big improvement.

Always has lots of stock and new things come in. I get my cleaning stuff, soda, tissues, and their paddle brushes are better than the $30 Moroccan oil one I have. Not lying.

The Dollar Tree now has items for $5. Maybe they need to change their name to $1.25 to $5? This store on 202 near the concord mall was well stocked, but messy.

Always has good deals. Even at $1.25 you can't beat the price. Shelves are stocked well.

Located in The new Concord Town Center on close to 202 in North Wilmington. They even offer you bags, but our small picture frames were $1.25 at a dollar store? Maybe they should consider changing their name.

Wow, just stopped in the store for a couple of school things and hadn't been in there in a while. Customer service does not exist, the interaction with the cashier was so extraordinarily rude. She rolled her eyes and got angry when I asked if I could put one thing back that we didn't need. Never acknowledged me, never said thank you, I was just simply annoyed to be waiting on me. Unbelievable, find a different dollar tree to visit.

I love dollar tree but unfortunately this location (great placement so much potential) is terrible. I can walk there from my house and would rather drive into Aston PA a good 20 to 30 minutes away or even the one on Philadelphia pike about 10ish minutes away that looks like a hole in the wall but is actually quite nice. Both are big inside, clean, organized and have extremely FRIENDLY staff. I've lived across from the crappy one for 7 years now and when they do have a nice competent person working there they aren't there long. I've been in leadership roles and have seriously considered applying as a manager for that location just so I could clean it up and either get their lazy butts to actually earn their pay or have them replaced. The old man who should have been retired 20yrs ago if he's still there is the most ignorant of them all and I typically get along well with older adults. I assume the long haired gentleman is the manager, could be wrong but he has always been hit or miss. Not alot of personality or pride in the staff currently employed there. Such a disappointment! Doesn't really matter because half the time they are closed anymore hours before actual closing time. Dollar Tree is a big enough company to have ample staff, clean stores, and friendly employees. I'm sure if any of the big wigs lived off their salary and not take additional bonuses bigger than their average employees salary morale would change for sure. Unfortunately 98% of all the big guys in any profit driven company get to actually live life. Sadly it's always off the sweat and tears of the little guy.

The place looks like it has been ransacked...shelves not stocked or items sitting on the floor instead of shelves. Literal boxes of unpacked products on shelves and on the floors. Do they not have enough employees to keep the place going?
