every single time i come here the employees are so funny and kind to me the store has a welcoming aura except that one time i went blind infront of the cashier and the customers and ran into a sales rack and a man on the way out and a lady called me cute while i was struggling to breathe. otherwise this dollar store has a great vibe - one point for the overwhelming sensation to go blind

Almost 2 hours past the time they are supposed to be open and the doors are locked. Lights are on. Never coming back to this place. It’s always trashed and seems to never be open. Not sure what corporate is doing with this store but it should probably be closed down.

I went in there today to get Aquafor they didn’t have it but the MANAGER went out of his way to help me and he looked up a product that would help me. He didn’t have to do that! He could’ve said we don’t have it and that be the end but no he was so nice and helpful! He even told me after I thanked him a million times that if I needed anything come find him! That’s above and beyond customer service and he should be recognized for his services as a manager! I didn’t get his name but I’m sure he would recognize this interaction.

times have been tough for sure since pandemic hit when a store advertises hours Maryland Ave closes early almost an hour ago doors locked customers at the door guys standing at the registers talking store sign closes 9p I liked this store

Dropped off FedEx Package last night. The package has not been scanned or picked up by FedEx. Called the store all day long but no one picks up at the Newport, DE location.Manager said he would scan and EMail me last night. 24 hours later, the package is MIA and store not picking up phone.

Good prices yea, but staying open till they say they will is a lie. Currently 7:49 pm and they’re locked up. Apparently 9 is too late and hard to stay truthful to.

still have $10 non refundable phone card. Invalid pin. However, two women tried to remedy the matter. It's a, call 1-800; number, thing.Still on it. 1/3 there.

Same cure call 1-800 WALMART.1-800 TOTALWIRELESS.CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS PAY LAWYERSVendors love to boggle down the courts with your frivelous lawsuits that courts will dismiss on technicality and wear poor folks savings out.haha they say schadenfreude.Now they switched over to the NEW total wireless verizon. Was gonna run in really fast & grab 1 thing.....BUT THESE LAZY S.O.B.'S WANNA LOCK THEIR DOORS 23 MINS BEFORE CLOSING!! JUST BC YOU CLOSE @ 9PM DOES NOT MEAN YOU (THE WORKER) LEAVE @ 9PM! THATS WHEN YOU STOP ACCEPTING CUSTOMERS & RING OUT WHOMEVER IS LEFT IN STORE! THEN YOU DO THE CLOSING ROUTINE! DOES NO ONE HAVE ANY PRIDE IN THEIR WORK ANYMORE? NO MATTER WHAT THAT JOB IS YOU SHOULD STILL HAVE A LITTLE ORIDE IN YOUR WORK BC THAT REFLECTS ON YOU AS A PERSON!!! COME ON PEOPLE WE NEED TO BE BETTER

I just left about 45 minutes ago & the lady working up front got so rude with me about 2 different things within minutes.
She is the one that took the job. If she does not like the rules that are at her job, she should not have taken that job!
