I visited my local Dick’s in Brandywine today, which is currently open while under construction, and all of the employees that I came in contact with were very friendly and ready to help. I purchased something that was too heavy for me to lift, so the employee that assisted me got a cart, took it to the register for me to pay, and then put it in my car. I am sorry that I did not get his name, but I am very happy and impressed with the service I received today, and hope more establishments can follow their example

Peter Lehmann did a awesome job helping me find shoes he brought out a total of 10 boxes helped me more than anyone and was very knowledgeable about the shoes and his customer service was fantastic

My daughter just spent a couple hours there trying to get sneakers from the worst female store representative who took 15 minutes to get a pair and ultimately departing without shoes and crying.

They no longer have fishing gear. Some corporate brain thought they should move it out of Brandywine and put it in christiana store. Ha ha, next door to Cabela’s. If I drive all the way to christiana, I’m going to cabelas for a better selection.

Great store with a little of everything. Be prepared to pay too price for most equipment and accessories. If you need it quick, it’s a no brainer place to go and likely the only place to go close by.

Peter was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right sneaker. His expertise surpassed all my expectations. He understands so much about sneakers and which ones are most appropriate for your needs. He helped me choose the right Hoka. It was quite busy but he continued to give me and my family the attention we needed.

If you have any questions about Brooks , Hoka or any other sneaker , speak to Peter Lehmann. The guy owns multiple pairs of Brooks and Hokas and is a wealth of information that will help you decide on the best sneaker for you. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all which led to my final decision.

I was looking for some cleats for my son, to play lacrosse. The store is beautiful. Don't get me wrong. That were 4 associates on the sales floor next to the shoe department. I'm not sure if they were having a meeting or if they were having a personal conversation I asked for help. One of them answered before I could even get my question out and said wait ✋️ a minute. I said okay She took so long. I had to go ask someone else to help me. With that being said, they have a great selection. So unfortunately I have to go back when I need more sports equipment.

Was shopping for sneakers today. The worker was more interested in her phone , even said excuse. To get to there, didn’t ask if I had any questions.
