I went in there not expecting to leave with a puppy, but I did. A female animal care taker was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and cared a lot about the animals. I asked if she plans on being a vet but she said she's more interested in training animals. Good luck to her I'm sure she'll do great! As for all the other staff I came in contact with they were all very nice and excited that I was adopting.

Me and my fiancé adopted a dog from this agency a couple of months ago. We found her online and knew she was the one. We went in met the dog and everything seemed great. We asked if she was dog friendly because that was very important to us since we live in an apartment complex and there are many other dogs here. They said yes and that she had an introduction with other dogs, yet she was quarantined from all other animals due to her being sick. They asked us if we had any other dogs at home and we said no not thinking anything of it. After we adopted the dog everything was great, she loves us! Until.. she was being walked and another dog walked near by her, she was not happy. She started to bark and her hackles went up. I took her inside not knowing why she was upset. Now everytime she sees another dog, a dog walks by, even someone she doesn’t know walks by, she barks and growls. Her hackles go up and she wants to attack them. Thanks to this agency now me and my fiancé are terrified when we walk her, we can’t take her anywhere in public… we are very upset that they lied to us about this. This is NOT something to lie about. Just be careful when adopting from here.

The staff was amazing! Animals appear to be humanely housed and treated. Building was clean, well staffed and animals were being walked in the run outside.

Excellent service. I was able to get resources for my newest doggie. Got some training classes info as well as other help with my baby dog. Feels good to know the people that manage love animals as much as i do.
