The front desk receptionist at the Omega Center in Newark is very rude and condescending. She cuts you off before listening to your concerns. She gives off a dismissive demeanor.

This was an unexpected experience. The staff from entrance to exit were the most accomplished and kindest folks. From the woman in Ultrasound (extremely caring) to the tech in Xray (kindly patient). If you have tests performed, I strongly recommend DIN!!

We had Tracey as our technician today at our anatomy scan and she was awesome! She was very patient and kind to us. She explained all the details of the ultrasound as she was going through it and even though our baby wasn’t cooperating well she managed to get pictures of his face as well! Highly recommend her!
