The sales staff, sales manager, and business manager were all professional. They guided us through the process, and we drove home in the vehicle of our choice. The service department is awesome. We were traveling back to Florida from New Jersey and broke down with our 2020 Escalade crossing the bridge to Delaware. We were towed to this wonderfull Cadillac dealership. There amazing service technicians found the problem (Water pump, thermostat, belt,) and repaired our Escalade and got us back on the road by 5:30 pm. What a awesome team and friendly and fast service! Thank You all!! You are amazing!!

Worst service I have ever encountered. My Cadillac XLR was dropped off on multiple occasions and the dealership didn't fix the door sensor for the key FOB, black sponge tar coming out of the AC or even bother to try and tighten the retractable top so it wouldn't squeak. Just washed their hands of all the problems with the excuse that Cadillac doesn't make parts for the XLR so we can't help. Two of these items just needed an A/C filter and vent cleaning and as far as the top is concerned they wouldn't do anything. Worthless service. No attempt to help whatsoever. Very disappointing. I would not take my Cadillac here for service if i were you.

The Service staff extended maximum effort to acquire authorization from the warranty company to ensure the vehicle was repaired on time within parameters. Their staff is second to none.

Bought used car at the end of February. Died before second payment. Had four techs look at it and elsewhere- no idea what’s wrong. Told me to bring it back they would take care of me. That meant I could have it towed there and pay for repairs. What a privilege! When I asked if there was anything they could do - answer was yes. We can charge you to repair. Dealership answer was buyer beware. So that’s my advice as well. If you work hard for your money, don’t spend it here.Update: Car was there on the lot. Had over a week to “make arrangements”.Funniest part is tech left keys in my car and called me for help. Glad I was able to help him more than the dealership helped me. Some places sell cars, some provide customer service. This place sells cars. Only after my review (and the car being towed elsewhere) has anyone tried to resolve. Different story then when I was told by my salesperson not to call anymore and “either we start repairs or come get your key.”

Good experience, they will go to bat for and make sure they take great care of you. They follow up on a timely manner and make everything so pleasent.

In February we purchased a vehicle from Delaware Cadillac. After 2 months the permanent tag was not received .Got a new temporary. Called to check on status of permanent tag. We were told the tag and title had been there for a month. No one called to let us know. Please be assured this is no way to treat a cash paying customer and the company line was and we quote" It slipped through the cracks"Both the title department and our salesmen told us that and if we didn't call them they would have never called us!!

Initially I left a positive review in early October. Our salesman was great and car is just what we wanted. But we are 90 days into trying to get the car tagged and the title finally arrived at our Treasurer's office with the previous owners lien still on it. Money was collected for our taxes as well as the pay off. This is illegal. AT LEAST the car wasn't stolen.

Jon was the salesman we were working with. Jon did his best for us. Our only complaint from him was holding our keys to our car we were considering trading in, basically holding us hostage. However, the sales manager, Harry, was a TOTAL j*** to us. When I expressed my husband and I wanted time to take some time to think about the decision because we are expecting our first child we were told “You knew you were pregnant when you walked in here.”. We felt like we were being yelled at for not making a purchase. We were also informed that if we make a purchase he gets a $60,000 bonus from Cadillac. I’ve never felt so degraded at a car dealership. Jon, if you’re reading this, you’re a nice guy, I hope you go somewhere that will help you be successful and value your clients, because it is clear Harry does not want you to be successful.

Walter Feist at Delaware Cadillac has serviced my cars since 2008, an Oldsmobile Aurora and Cadillac CTS. My Cadillac is a 2003. and we have embarked on rebuilding the car. It is costing me a small fortune, but the work performed is fantastic. I've lived in North Wales and now Philadelphia, and yes, I have both driven and had my cars towed to Delaware for service. I couldn't tell you how many Cadillac dealerships I have used for service, but this is the most trustworthy. And I have been standing in line hearing customers tell the service agent issues they have had with their cars, and heard the agent flat out lie about the service the car needed.The reason I have Delaware Cadillac doing all the service on my cars now is I'm getting older, and most importantly no longer have a garage. I'm a hobbyist, but I have personally rebuilt engines, replaced transmissions and clutches, brake/rotor work, and installed high output exhaust systems.
