I have placed these 5 stars with confidence. The culture here is not like the other dealerships. You will always be taken care of, and if an issue ever presents itself, they go above and beyond to help you if they can. We all know that once the papers are signed, 99 percent of dealerships are not interested or worried about you any longer, these guys are the opposite and they have won me over for any and all future vehicle purchases. I don't know how to start. I bought a 2024 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing 6 Speed Manual Arrival Edition in the Cadillac's Mondrian Series. Only 66 made in U.S. Bill, who was my internal salesperson, was awesome. I am from Massachusetts and had to buy this car out of state. This was my first time doing so and Bill, Harry (sales manager,) David (Finance Manager) and Michael Cassidy (my in-person salesperson) were awesome in every part of the way. They all made it very easy for me to buy this car. I also had to trade my 2022 CT5-V AWD and they made the whole process seamless. The pricing on the deal was all finalized on the phone and I did not have any surprises when I got there. I would like to thank the whole team at Delaware Cadillac and really appreciate everyone who helped me. Please go to them if you ever need a Caddy! Especially Blackwings, they got inventory and are willing to work with you. I look forward to buying my next vehicle from them again and I do not mind driving 6 hours to do so! They even let me drive out the dealership! I always wanted to buy a brand new car that I can drive out the showroom floor myself!

I just want to say thank you to Scott and all the staff at Delaware Cadillac. Also the Detail crew for clean my car, so wonderful thank you and I recommend for anyone looking for a certified preowned Cadillac to choose Delaware Cadillac. And also I want to say thank you to everyone including the finance staff that was very knowledgeable and letting me understand my interest rates and my payments and everything. Cadillac dealerships all have a common thread . They maintain beautiful showrooms. Their personnel are all friendly and accommodating.
All of those attributes apply to Delaware Cadillac and then some.
They make looking at their many vehicles easy and worry free. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Bernard, who became my salesperson. Scott was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend him to others. He was genuine and took great care of answering my questions as well as in the delivery of my Cadillac XT4. David, their finance manager, was also exceptional as well. Even though I live in South Jersey and Turnersville Cadillac is closer, I am going to go back to Delaware Cadillac for service as I felt like I was treated like family.

Came in to view a used vehicle from another brand. Was assisted by Drew who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
All staff were friendly and greeted me regardless of if they were working in sales.

Great dealership all around- from service to sales. I specifically dealt with Scott Bernard (Sales) who was incredibly patient, courteous and fair. Whole team - down to finance was friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend this tri-state dealership for Cadillacs.

This was my 2nd purchase from them. And once again they meet the mark. Kevin and Dave are amazing!!!!! They worked with me and I was alot of work lol. They both made me feel comfortable with my purchase and made sure I was happy at the end. Everyone from sales, service and even the service shuttle drivers are friendly, polite, and patience. Kevin at the end of this purchase we were talking about our families and our past lives and all they treat you like family! No acting involved!! Go to them for your next purchase!! ? I like to add that Harry Boyer worked hard for me to get me at where I wanted to be. Sorry Harry but you are the best.

The best dealership around. I drove 2 hours to buy my CT4 from Delaware Cadillac; I'd drive even farther if I had to.
My salesperson, Mike Cassidy, is personable and professional. Mike's knowledge impressed me, and it's clear he appreciates cars as rolling, mechanically complex works of art. Again, his knowledge isn’t a sales tactic - he genuinely loves cars.
When I wasn't satisfied with the first car I bought from Delaware Cadillac, they went out of their way to resolve the situation and made me an excellent deal on another vehicle that I love. That's an A+ dealership. From Harry, the sales manager, all the way up to Lee Asher, the general manager of all of Auto Team Delaware, everyone was helpful.
They've assembled a top-notch team who cares about customers more than they care about sales numbers. 5 stars doesn’t feel adequate.

This low rating is a direct result of their service department. I never had any problems with the sales team as a former Cadillac CTS owner. But this service department should be ashamed of themselves. A female friend of mine, who owns an Escalade. Took her vehicle here for routine service. (Oil change etc.) She gets a call from the service department telling her she needs front brakes. But not only brakes, but rotors as well. Of course, to the tune of almost 1k. Mind you, the vehicle only has 86k miles on it. I myself pulled the front tires to change the brakes and rotors. Please tell me why this vehicle was in no need of rotors whatsoever. The pads were low, but not low enough to even come close to touching the rotors. It appears to me that they threw in the rotors because she is a woman and would just take their word for it. Perfect example of taking advantage of unsuspecting women. Ladies, please be careful with these mechanics out here looking to make an extra buck at your expense. Always get a second opinion for your auto repairs. As for Delaware Cadillac, I would love to know just how many people your service department has taken advantage of in this way. People, always do your homework and get other opinions so that you are not being taken advantage of.

Many thanks to Bill, Drew and Harry at Delaware Cadillac. I live about an hour from the dealership. One morning my travels took me near the dealership during my work day. I had very little time but took a quick test drive while having my trade assessed and then I left. All transaction details were worked out through calls and email. I greatly appreciated not having to sit there to negotiate a deal.
I was treated very fairly, I got the deal I wanted, my new CT4 Blackwing was sitting on the showroom floor when I got there, and I was the person to drive it off the floor.
Overall it was a very good experience, and I would recommend Delaware Cadillac. Especially for one of the V-series cars that they specialize in.

My wife and myself stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and was just met with greatness from start to finish. All employees that we came in contact with could not have been more professional and welcoming. We purchased an XT5 and could not be more happy with our vehicle. Micheal Kane, Harry Boyer, Mike Cassidy, Drew Baker and David Stanton could not have been more perfect to do business with. Guys I thank you for your time, professionalism and help on this purchase. This was truly the best buying experience of all time.
