Poor customer service the only efficient teller is idalis.. a bunch of new people who aren’t trained and don’t know anything not even how to talk to people. Doni wasn’t even waiting on me when she chimed in with a rude statement telling me I didn’t specify what I wanted in fact I actually did and the teller who was waiting on me a new girl no name tag sitting at idalis window with her name tag up even though she isn’t idalis..the little girl barely said two words didn’t even ask for my member I’d when I approached the window I clearly stated what I wanted which was just a replacement card because my card is blank no card info is visible I was told it’s to late my card was cancelled by the teller!! Followed up by Doni who once again wasn’t even waiting on me while the teller was just looking dumb and providing no resolution or explanation for her actions! if it wasn’t for Marsha I wouldn’t even had a solution for a problem the teller caused! This new branch some of the worst service I’ve ever received and I will take the extra time to go out new castle Smyrna or Dover this branch is now my last resort unless I know idalis is working she provides great customer service and experience and actually knows how to speak to customers.

Well I have been on hold to speak to someone for 16 plus minutes now - I keep being told wait time approximately 5 minutes? Poor service how could everyone be that busy for so long. Do not respond with your standard cut and paste oh this is good email details to me etc.

The worst customer service the tellers have no experience you moved away from the city and I catch bus to use the teller they never greet me just say if you depositing use the atm why didn’t you just leave a atm in the city since the tellers don’t know how to deposit as of today closing my account I work to hard to be Ignored every time I come in there good bye del one

I wanna say a lot of improvements. My last problem was before the new system update that involved my account having problems that nobody could fix for me. But yesterday I went in and getting a new card was so easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The clerk didn’t even have an attitude when I had to be on my phone at the window.

This location in Wilmington is not so good , customer service skills are not that good and the manager is not a help when you actually take to them.My experience here was not good at all but hopefully they get new people working in this location that actually can actually help people during this time or actually have another location in Wilmington because it is good to have a credit union.

My worst banking experience. Del-One does not know what they’re doing and they botched my auto loan.1. My 1st loan processor was struggling to comprehend the VIN # of the car I was buying. I was on the phone repeating it slowly to her for about 15 minutes. I say "three, N as in Nancy, zero..." and she repeats "three, M as in Marlon, X as in Xerox..." Ma'am, WHAT?? She told me to email it to her instead. The email she sent me was riddled with spelling errors. I had to resubmit a loan application bc I didn’t want someone so inattentive handling my loan.2. For my 2nd application, there were 3 different loan processors handling my paperwork for some reason and no one seemed to know what the other was doing. I had to repeat myself to each person. I was given incorrect info several times and when it came to signing the docs, they were NOT what was originally discussed with me. THREE people and it was still wrong! Good thing I noticed before signing!3. I had to go into a branch just to open a bank account to get a loan discount which took 35 mins. I called an hour in advance to confirm the address/parking situation bc my GPS was showing 2 addresses for the location. I was on hold for 40 mins though the automated system kept saying “3 minutes.” They hung up.4. After setting up my bank acct, the lady in the branch didn't even know I was there to also sign closing documents though I had an appt. She later apologized for the major errors in the paperwork and said she'd call me in the morning to see if they could honor the original quote I had in writing. I never got a call. When I emailed about it she said there was nothing they could do.I told her I just want the cash I brought for the loan deposit back via check or wire and she said I would have to set up another appt which is ridiculous and untrue! I called a few days later and someone mailed me the check while on the phone. Took 5 mins.There’s too many employees here that are unorganized and incompetent. I went with another bank and they handled my loan seamlessly and at a better rate. Just avoid Del-One at all costs!

I have never believe in bitcoin since I was scammed on April 10th so I stayed away from it because losing money is heart breaking, until I was recommended to Mrs victoria crypto by a close friend for her good job, she helped me managed my account and I was able to make a good withdrawal after a week of trading right now I have made so much money on crypto currency it has change my life for good inbox her now for your help.

This bank stole my money January 2021. I had to get a new card and both cards were charged the same amounts. Went into the building and made phone calls. Nobody understood what I was talking about and I still have not received my money. I also went in and deposited a check that was never put into my account.

By far the worse bank in the history of banks. Mobile banking, ATM, and branch has been closed all weekend . They never return your phone calls and they have absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to getting customers in and out of the bank.. this branch and this bank should be closed down !!!!!!

2nd Edit: Del One called me today and spent time helping me through the issues and apologized for the issues yesterday. This was greatly appreciated.One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with a bank/credit union.Am still waiting for the online chat to be picked up by an employee, the chat timed out and closed itself twice while waiting (total wait at 4+ hours). The telephone wait system is atrocious and doesn't give an estimated time that is specific; you get "more than 5 minutes" with no estimated wait time or call back time. Even though I'm a member, the online portal still does not work and I cannot view any of my information/setup an account.Edit: Even better, someone finally connected to me on the website chat, asked for information, and then just left and no longer responded.It's 2020, almost 2021, I would expect this kind of customer service to be a relic of the past.

This bank is horrible. I've been banking here for 5 years, and their service continues to get worse. Each time I come into the bank, its an all day event. If it wasn't such a pain to switch banks, and update all my info with other organizations, I would've left awhile ago. If you aren't a client here, do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Del One is possible the most worthess bank I have ever banked with. I have had none stop issues with my debit card for months. Unable to access money during emergencies or in general when there is thousands of dollars in my account. I make a living through DoorDash and daily deposits and Del One for months denies my deposits. I cannot depend on my own financial institution. You cannot contact them because they do not have 24 customer service and just like right now it's a Sa
