In response to Sharon, I am very sorry you are unhappy at this time but you purchased your vehicle back in November 2019 and you had a concern of a check engine light on. You brought the vehicle in the next week we fixed the problem at no cost to you. You needed the vehicle and asked you to take your vehicle thru inspection at your earliest convenience. 6 months has gone by and you moved to Maryland. We took the vehicle thru inspection as promised. There are wear and tear issues that need to be addressed and you refuse to pay for the issues. We have done exactly as promised!

Slow moving, lying and lazy. Negative stars. Sold me a vehicle that would not pass inspection with the guarantee they would fix the issue causing the service light to be on. Six months and 70 hours of shop time and still not fixed. They found a way to turn the check engine light off just long enough to get it through inspection. Lindsay from the shop is a compete terror to deal with.

If they would live up to there word and stop lieing to theircustomers it would go a long way towards making them a better organization. I bought a Subaru Forester from them that blew its engine in less than 6 months. They took so long diagnosing and getting an estimate that I was left with no choice after three weeks of no work but to sign the car over to them because I couldn't work to make the money for the repairs. The sales manager promised to get supply me a vehicle to g

Zero stars. The people at Deals on Wheels did nothing but lie to me and cheat me and now they are taking me to court after leaving me stranded with no vehicle for over three weeks. The sales manager promised two times a vehicle to get to and from work while they repaired the vehicle I had bought from them less than six months earlier. He promised that I would only need to pay about $800 on the repair and I could finance the rest. Three weeks later they finally were able to get me an estimate on the repairs so I made arrangements to come in the next day to see what we could do to get the car fixed. Three weeks I was unable to work because I had no vehicle. During this visit was when the sales manager made the second promise of a car to get back and forth to work with. well that turned out to be a lie. the $800 dollar deposit turned out to be almost double that figure. I was left with no choice but to sign the car back over to them. Thanks to their policies I now have no job, no vehicle and they are taking me to court for the remainder of the balance on the original contract. Stay far away from Deals on Wheels people you will regret it if you deal with them. I know it was the biggest mistake of my life.
