Never needed a claim until I had two in one day. The parent company was supportive, prompt, and did the right things without me asking. As for the field office, the staff have always been wonderful especially when answering complex questions. Good stuff, keep on doing it!

I have been a customer for 3 years with recurring payments. Never have filed a claim or receive a violation. The most interaction I have had with this company is opening my account. Due to my premiums increasing i decided not to renew my policy which ends on the 27th for a company charging me literally 40% less. So i called my office to inform them I would not be renewing my policy. I am completely paid up until my policy ends for both home and auto. What should have been a simple I am not renewing please close my account once the policy expires turned into a nightmare.1st Call to office Agent Anthony - was strange and left me unconfident the proper actions were taken due to having to repeat multiple times I would not be renewing but keeping the policy active until it expired. He clearly was not interested in his job or providing proper interactions needed in any line of customer service.2ND CAll to Office CONFIRMING CHANGE - I received the answering service who advised they would leave a message for my Agent Darren Moore and he would return my call in 30 min.5 HOURS LATER - I received a call back from Agent Ellen Moore. Who confirmed that the first Agent Anthony did suspend payment scheduled and my policy would remain active until the 27th. She then informed me for the 1st time my mortgagee submitted the annual payment early to cover july 27th 2023 - july 27th 2024. I asked her can the funds be returned to the mortgagee. She said no the reimbursement would be sent to me. I asked how long would that be. HER ANSWER I DONT KNOW. When I express my concern that I would need the reimbursement prior to my new policy starting. She said she I DONT KNOW when it would come maybe 30 Days.I asked to speak with my Agent Darren Moore. She insisted she was my Agent. I asked her are you Darren Moore. She said NO IM DARREN MOORES WIFE. I said ok but your not Darren Moore can I speak with him. Her reply was DO YOU WANT AN ANSWER NOW OR DO YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR HIM TO RETURN TO THE COUNTRY? I advised her her answer I DO NOT KNOW is not an answer. So instead of allowing me to speak with my agent she proceeded to say i needed to sign a release paper and email it back to another representative giving statefarm permission to reimburse my money back that doesnt belong to them. She refused to send me the email while i was on the phone. And stated SHE WOULD EMAIL ME ONCE I AM OFF THE LINE.SHE CONTINUED TO BE EXTREMELY PETTY. WAITING UNTIL AFTER HOURS TO SEND ME 2 SEPARATE EMAILS WITH INCORRECT PAPERWORK FOR MY AUTO AND PURPOSELY NOT SENDING THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE HOME REIMBURSEMENT.6TH CALL - I called back to request proper documents for home reimbursement. Due to after hours i was transferred to after hours customer service.

I’m using Statefarm services from past 9 years and never claimed except roadside assistance once. Using both home and auto insurance. Recently I used Locksmith services recommended by them and not accepting the receipt I shared by Locksmith. Asking for more details I forwarded the email receipt sent to me. Locksmith not providing bill format what statefarm needs. I completely unhappy with claims process and other instance my home had leakage earlier it was tough to get claims approval final I have to work with builder to fix problem.

We have been with Darren Moore for 25 years. We have home, auto and life insurance through State Farm. When you call Darren Moore Insurance someone always answers. They are very professional and always friendly and courteous. In 25 years we never had a complaint. Great rates, great people.

Great people had insurance coverage on previous vehicles I don’t know because of COVID or the recent snow on 12/16/2020 but it’s very difficult to get in contact with someone today is 12/18/2020 I left six voice messages no response I really need car insurance today is my only day off from work and I have to transfer tags and tittle to Delaware from New Jersey for a car I just recently purchased but I can’t do that without car insurance being as though no one is answering or returning phone calls I have to go somewhere else which I don’t want to but I have to get this done major inconvenience

The rep that answered my question said. This is the reason my bill went up and also stated to say, she didn't care if I took my business somewhere else for me to go. So rude.
