I have not used this agency, and never will after receiving an ad from them in the mail. The ad included my name and a Google street view image of my home. Though this information is public, this marketing strategy is insanely creepy, invasive, and unnerving. Gross.

I sent an email to Daniel on August 11 2022 and still no response back yet my insurance increase of approximately $100 or more dollars because they used my old address and put them on my ID cards which my insurance would be cheaper because it was in the county. I gave them my present address over the phone the day I signed up that’s a mistake they made on there end and I am very frustrated it took several days of me talking to several people to change my ID cards with the correct information, no one never called me about my increase in payments I found out on the mobile app, and to top it off I had to pay almost $800 down ?

Worst experience ever! Will never recommend this company & Daniel Devine is the worst to get in contact with! Made me switch to Liberty Mutual.

He does not communicate directly with his clients. You will never ever get to hear his voice because he does not offer hospitality service. He unloads all of his services to his employees and sisters (which I was told by an employee). Save yourself the hassle and switch to a different agency.

To my public people anyone looking for insurance I recommend hitting Daniel divine up in Peoples Plaza took care of all my needs my insurance policies all within an hour they’re very respectful they sent emails out periodically to make sure if everything is OK if there’s any new information you need to know so anyone looking for insurance I highly recommend this officeI myself give them five stars

I was lied to about my insurance payment monthly would go down to $200 by installing drivewise and you set me up for reoccurring payments I never approved of so that is illegal. I contacted you about a month ago and you never responded. $759 had better not come out of my social security because you will wipe out my entire check.
