Auto insurance is going up about 20 to 30% over the last two years. I was shopping aroand and ended up talking to Sean Doughty at State Farm .He was first and foremost patient he was knowledgeable and explain the policies to me and the bottom line I have the same or better coverage for what I was paying 3 years ago.

Absolutely horrible experience with filing my claim when my car was vandalized due to attempted theft. Asked to speak to a manager multiple times, been told I’d be called back and I’ve never received a call. Also to add they increased my payment, and when the claimfinally was filed the claim adjuster missed certain parts to include in the initial claim for a brand new car. This will be my third attempt over three months now to get my car properly fixed. The insurance agent blames it on the dealership I used to fox my car. The dealership blames the insurance for not approving the parts. They can’t replace parts that aren’t included on the claim. I understand something small being missed but this is my third time having to have my car fixed after I’ve been told by both it’s fixed.

This place and the people who work here are completely disorganized. Within this past year my automatic payments have been removed and canceled and they can never seem to give a proper explanation. They take forever to simply send you e-forms, documents, and insurance cards. Which then causes my insurance to be canceled because "I haven't signed the forms" when I never received the forms. I have been through many reps here and all are just confused. I have gotten countless of many OTHER customers' emails and THEIR insurance cards in emails, nothing to do with me or my vehicles. A complete overall mess, unfortunately. I suggest going with a different office.
