If there was a zero rating to give, I would they've earned it . Thumbs down. Rude, obnoxious.

my family has used this pharmacy for a very long time as it's close to our house and my childrens school. this pastvtwo moths they have proven to be incompetent and unwilling to do their jobs. here's a list of the issues we have encountered nearly every time we go in or call: 1. they can't find the prescription the doctor called in. I'm asthmatic and got COVID for the first time a few weeks ago. my doc called in a steroid inhaler for me. I kept going in or calling to pick it up. my doc called it in 3 times and they would just claim he didn't and even told me he was lying to me about calloh my gosh it in. the last time I depended to speak to the pharmacist and demanded they look for it. 30 mins later they found it. told me they didn't have the meds and had to order them. they never did and amother week went by. I still don't have it and it's been almost 3 weeks. 2. meds that my insurance company won't approve but I pay out of pocket for-- they insist every time there's a refill that they have to send a pre authorization to my doc to fill out even though she has done that every time and the result is the same -- denied then I pay cash. this happens because they won't put notes in the computer not to bill insurance so every month it's the same argument of explaining it to them. when the denial comes through they don't call me they just don't fill the meds and I wait days or sometimes a week just to find out they didn't fill it and the meds have to be ordered which adds days to get. 3. I go to get meds that they have texted are ready and they can't find the pills. they have to search every bin looking for them and it takes about 40 mins each time. CVS really needs to step in and deal with these issues. I get they are short staffed but these issues have nothing to do with being short staffed and everything to do with being poorly run, bad service, and staff who don't care. all pharmacies are struggling right now. I get it but what's the point of getting prescription from you doc for a life saving medication that you can actually get from CVS? for all of the regulatory constraints on healthcare the government ought to put one on pharmacies that holds them accountable to doing their jobs within a reasonable time frame otherwise they get fined. I work in healthcare and assure you that would change the way they are working today in a matter of days.

I went to another CVS store to get some take-home covid tests and the pharmacy tech was yelling out loud to her coworkers about my request, issues with her computer, and was texting on her cell phone before answering my questions. I left, understandably. I went to the CVS on concord pike and went to the consultation desk at the pharmacy. The gentleman was understanding, quickly answered questions, positive attitude, smiled, moved very quickly, and efficiently got me my 8 free tests. I was so pleased.

Just awful! They have terrible staffing problems, just cut pharmacy hours from 7 am-10 pm to 9 am-7pm with no warning! I've been waiting for an RX for a week, they told me to come back Monday afternoon. I got there about 6:57 (not aware of new hours) and after a brief wait for the cashier to finish with prior customer, was told "closed at 7." The surly guy wouldn't even check to see if my RX ready. Last week I tried to call, on hold for 45 minutes (!) and was disconnected; now I have to make another trip there, and I really doubt they'll have my Rx. I'm switching to another pharmacy. The cashier in the front of the store was a really nice woman, though.

Cannot get through on the phone as no one answers or you wait on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and disconnect. second time in two weeks the pharmacy is closed due to staffing shortages. This time I need and antibiotic and cannot get it. This is unacceptable.

This CVS should be closed due to its inability to service customers. The hours have been shorten from 9:00 am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Sat through Sunday. i waited 90 minutes in line only to be told when I arrived to the counter due to staffing shortages my medication will not be available until the next day. Are you kidding me! They do not answer the phones as I've been on hold for almost 3hrs to have my medication transferred to another pharmacy in another state. My health is now compromised because of CVS inability to meet the customers needs.

I transferred my prescriptions here from Walgreens because this CVS had better hours and my insurance is part of the same company. I REGRET this now because they are absolutely terrible. I had my doctor prescribe a new medicine (very widely available, not a specialty) and two plus days later (weekdays mind you) it still says processing and nothing changes. I try calling and have waited over 45 minutes on the phone only to have NOBODY answer. So my health suffers because of their inability to process a prescription. Do I go there and just wait in line to be told to come back later? Talk about wasting my time. I complained to corporate and got a nice form letter response that they thank me for my concern. STAY AWAY!!!

Over the last few weeks this place has been in a tailspin. Poor customer service, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no accountability. Waited an hour in store (the drive thru has been closed) for my refill. No one working there, including the pharmacist, would make eye contact. I received a text stating that my refill was ready for pickup only to wait for an hour in store. Horrible. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I have used this pharmacy for years. Every year service just gets worse and worse. The people in the pharmacy are rude and miserable. Every time there is a problem...and there is no resolution without an attitude. Was called about a medication that was recalled, but every attempt to follow up was ignored. This is a true example of a business with no communication and simply just don't care. The only way places start to care is if you go elsewhere.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. But tonight I witnessed a customer walk in and around the store without a mask and NO ONE asked him to leave. The front door clearly states wearing a face covering is required by law, however, my health, along with the other customers, was put at risk because the staff did not make that person and the child with him leave when he walked through the door.

I was in CVS on concord pike on 5/29. In Delaware we are are required to wear masks due to covud-19. Not only did I observe an unmasked customer, but The employee behind the counter had her mask around her neck. I called the store to inform them. The person who finallu answered the phone hung up when I explained the issue. (Perhaps it was the same employee.) i am very disappointed that a healthcare company would be so cavalier as to flaunt the rules the vast majority of people follow.
