I'm from out of state and I have to say thank you very much to the 2 o clock manager,he was very considerate and understanding. Due to him..,I have had a great day. Sorry for not remembering the gentlemans name, he know who he is. Thank you Sir.

Horrible pharmacy department staffed with incompetent and seemingly unethical employees including the pharmacist. Bait and switch practices in regards to the fulfillment of monthly prescriptions. Rude pharmacist and staff with an unwillingness to discuss the unprofessional and improper practices within the pharmacy department.

Hello, I'm very upset that I came into your pharmacy to pick up my medicine and they stated it was fill today for me 9/30/2022 which isn't true, I only picked up 3 of my medicines and this wasn't one of them, they state they filled Rx1100577 Diclofenac 1%sodium gel, they never have this to me, I only picked up three at the cost to me $7.69, they were scripts #9570000, #5760000, #5730000. And I'm hoping I could come back to the pharmacy tomorrow to pick it up, it states it was done 9,/30/2022, bit I don't know who they gave it to because it wasn't me., I'll return to the store tomorrow around 11am. And none of the three medications I got today were added to my rewards as credit, why was this.

They literally have had nothing for the past three years, if you need bread, eggs ect go to a grocery store down the street. The dash in across the street has more then what they have.

This CVS is local convenient pharmacy. Like all retailers these days they have their staffing challenges, however I appreciate the product options and drug benefits it serves us in our community.

They won’t pick up their phone or when they do I’m on hold for 20 minutes. I order a prescription 8 days ago and they still don’t have it processed yet.

Today there were no bags (of course it was the one time I forgot to bring mine) and 4 people in line with one cashier. Three days ago, there was only one employee in the whole store and she was out smoking at the time I approached the register. Are use the self check out which was no problem at all but the point is they are low in inventory, Low in help and shorten store hours on a whim

Despite some patrons disappointing experience at this CVS I must say I have never had a bad experience. Helpful counter service at front and back. Pharmacy efficient and polite. Although sometimes a bit messy with organizing shelves I believe it's a busy location. Thank you pharmacy crew.

If you can go somewhere else RUN not walk there. This pharmacy is HORRIBLE. The manager Tara and pharmacist Nick just don't care. The staff here act as if you are bothering them and they don't know the words smiling, being friendly, or caring. If I didn't have to come to CVS, I sure would be going somewhere else, but due to insurance I am forced here. Also, don't expect to get a return call from Tara or from the CVS company. No one cares about customer service and it shows. If the managers don't care, why should their employees?
