Casey is by far the best realtor you could work with, he knows his stuff, is open and honest and truly has your back through the whole process. He’s the only realtor we’d ever like to use.

It was a pleasure working with Casey to sell our property. From the date of listing the house to our settlement date was less than 3 weeks. I'm not sure how many realtors could pull that off, but Casey did! He's honest, truthful and professional.

Casey Riffel was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to find houses that met our needs. He gave us advice on how to make a strong offer that eventually landed us the house we now own. Best home buying experience!

Amazing experience with Chelle! She was absolutely amazing and very thorough on meeting all my demands. She was patient as well and we searched for months finding a house that fit all the demands we wanted. We ended finding a house of our dreams and then more! Chelle is now apart of our family! <3

Chris Nolte represented us on a sale. As soon as we signed the contract he literally disappeared - waited days for him to return phone calls, texts and emails. During the negotiation you would think he was representing the buyer. He forgot to tell the law firm we were in CA and would not be present for the closing. Then he turns the water on and leaves the water running for 3 days. His broker, Joe Kreischer thinks letting water run in a vacant house, after Chris turned it on and never went back to turn it off as instructed, is “the cost of closing,” the seller’s responsibility - Chris doesn’t understand when a house is vacant, the water needs to be turned off. Total incompetence!! Both Chris Nolte and his broker Joe Kreischer - can’t afford $59 for the water they wasted - 7000 gallons. Must not be selling many houses over at Coldwell Banker.

I utilized Brent, Chris, and Kelli. All of which are incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my last evening and super early morning calls with no problem. I had a couple offers fall through and Brent and Chris guided me very well and had no issues figuratively "holding my hand" throughout the entire home purchasing process. I was a First Time Home Buyer - I couldn't be more happy with the house Brent helped us find, Brent & Chris walked through with us multiple times prior to closing to ensure everything was at 100%.Go with them - no regrets.
