So happy I got my wedding dress from Claire's! The whole experience of getting my dress from Claire's was great. It was so easy to make an appointment and save the dresses I really loved prior to my appointment. When I met my consultants they were great and professional and I really appreciated that they worked with me and really listened to what I wanted to look like for my big day. The selection of wedding dresses there was phenomenal and I loved that they worked within my price range to help me find my dream dress. Overall, really happy with my experience there.

From start to finish, Claire’s Fashions was an amazing choice for my bridal experience. Claire’s was very accommodating to have an accessible bridal appointment downstairs for a few in my party that do not do steps well.Upon arrival, you call and someone greets you at the door and brings you and your party in, which is nice so it doesn’t crowd the front desk. I had the absolute pleasure of having Shannon for my bridal appointment. The dresses that I went online and “hearted” were already picked out and ready for me to try on! Shannon was such a perfect saleswoman, very helpful, kind, and had such an incredible amount of knowledge of the gowns she was showcasing. She helped me get into each dress and was really attentive to me and my needs, while also juggling the needs of my party. From different color underskirts to different veils and dress styles, she had an answer for every question, comment or concern anyone had, and each response was handled with grace.I couldn’t have had a better experience than I did with Shannon.All of the employees I have encountered were wonderful and I would highly recommend Claire’s Fashions.

I highly recommend this bridal shop. I was looking for such a specific dress and my stylist, Dom was able to help me. She found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Dom was so helpful and was so personable as well. My group and I all enjoyed this shop. I went to 4 shops before Claires and finally found what I wanted and had the best experience. PLUS the price was very reasonable. Add this shop to your route and you won't be disappointed!!

After having a less than stellar experience at a chain bridal store, I went to Claire's on the recommendation of a friend. What a difference! From the moment I was greeted at the front door to the moment I checked out, I was nothing short of impressed. Being a plus-sized bride, I was worried that there may not be enough styles of dresses for me to try on in store. But Claire's delivered! I was able to "favorite" dresses online ahead of time, and those dresses were already pulled for me when I arrived. I worked with Samantha, who reviewed each dress with me, and offered new suggestions. She helped clip each dress exactly into position where it should be when I tried them on. She took my feedback, offered her expertise, and just generally was so kind and awesome to work with. My expectations had been low (since my first dress shopping experience at another store was so disappointing), so I did not have my mom with me at my first Claire's appointment. When I asked Samantha if I could make another appointment for the next day, so that I could bring my mom to see the dress before I purchased it, she was incredibly accommodating. I went back the next day, and was even able to purchase my dress off the rack, since my timeline to wedding day was tight. I felt so beautiful in my dress, and she even picked out different straps that looked even better than the ones the dress came with originally! Every bride needs to shop at Claire's!!

I worked with my bridal consultant Shannon who was absolutely fantastic! My family can be quite opinionated.. Shannon took their advice but listened to me, the bride, the most! She was so good at reading my verbal and non verbal cues of what I liked/disliked about dresses and pulled new dresses to try on accordingly. Being plus sized, I had PLENTY of options to try on that fit me. I found my dress in just one day! Thank you so much Shannon and Claire’s Fashions!!

I found my wedding dress elsewhere, but ended up purchasing it from Claire's as they were closer to where I love. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a wedding dress or accessories, and they also offer discounts for Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaids, etc.

Shana was a wonderful consultant. She was able to take my feedback and thoughts and find a dress that checked all the boxes. After trying on over 80 dresses I was losing hope of finding a wedding dress but Shana managed to find it. Nice wide selection of gowns and accessories.

My experience at Claire's Fashions was amazing!! I couldn't say enough nice things about everyone there. Shana was my stylist and she was so nice and helpful. I was concerned about being able to try dresses on since I am 5'2 and curvy/heavier set than all of the models in the magazines. But I did not feel ugly or uncomfortable for even one second. Shana made sure I felt beautiful and kept assuring me we were going to find one. They had me pre select online from their inventory and had them pulled and ready for my appointment. When I finally found the one that made me and my party cry she gave me the veil and the bouquet and I truly felt and saw myself as a bride. If you're even THINKING about visiting, just do it. Make the appointment, you wont be disappointed.

Amazing experience. I went in with about 12 dresses already picked out and they all were great but I asked the specialist to pick put a few for me that maybe I wouldn't have considered after after seeing kind of what I was liking and disliking. She picked out a few and I fell in love with one she specifically picked. She knew what I would love when I didn't even know. I'm so thankful for that and that will always be my story on my big day. THANK YOU SO MUCH to my specialist for finding the perfect dress for me I'm so greatful!

After not knowing what type of wedding dress I wanted, and throwing SO many crazy ideas out there, Marnita made sure to take her time and help me find the perfect dress.Marnita was so genuine, and helped throughout this whole entire process. Claire's was great! We had Debbie who was so helpful. I had no idea what I wanted but my dress was the third one I tried on. She pulled multiple styles for me and this one worked! We did use the entire allotted time trying on other option as well. I was nervous starting to dress shop as a plus sized bride but I had multiple options here.Claire's had multiple veil and jewelry options even though I did not use their jewelry I was glad I had the time to browse. It was a great experience and I was one and done with dress shops!

Knowledgeable and nice staff, large inventory of dresses for all occasions, an over abundance of bridal gowns. Great parking on site, no accommodations for disabled and handicapped to go to higher floors in the shop to look at inventory. Good location! Must pay a fee to reserve a time slot and day for visiting and also must give the number of guests that will be accompanying/visiting the shop with the bride.
