Couldn't recommend them enough! The process of finding a wedding dress was very easy! They give you their website and have you pick out ahead of time dresses you like and they have either that same dress and similar ready for you to try on when you get there. It kills me I can't remember the name of the woman that helped me but she was amazing and it felt like a best friend was helping me try on dresses. Also, on the day of my wedding we couldn't find my veil and we called around and Claire's immediately said they had a veil for us if we couldn't find mine. They were so helpful in that stressful time and I couldn't thank them enough.

After much research, I landed on Claire’s for my first bridal dress appointment. Leading up the appointment, they had an easy to follow process and online portal to select gowns and leave details about your vision/ wedding.I came from Pennsylvania and arrived 30 minutes early, but they let me come in right away. My consultant, Christina, listened to my vision and pulled 5 gowns that were in my sample size range and all fit that exact vision. Christina had such patience with me and I did not feel rushed at all during the process. The dress I selected fell in line with pricing at other locations. They had a wide selection of designers, styles, and sizes all at reasonable prices!I would recommend Claire’s as the first, and only, stop when purchasing your wedding gown!

Dominique was my bridal consultant and she was wonderful! I went in knowing the dress I wanted. We ordered a size bigger due to measurements and it ended up being gigantic on me. I ended up leaving with my dress to talk to a seamstress and after discussing it was going to cost me the price of the dress to fix and they weren’t even sure it was going to be completely how I wanted it. I contacted Claire’s and spoke with Colleen who was SOOOO helpful! She had me come in and bring my dress and retry on the sample and realized that it was so much bigger than expected. They are doing an exchange for a smaller size and seriously made me feel so relieved. I am so thankful for this!

I went to Claire's Fashion because they had what I thought was my dream dress. They carried the designer, but not my dress but was able to do a special sample order. Unfortunately the carrier lost the sample dress in time for my appointment, but they quickly order one that was smaller for me to try on. I was skeptical as a plus-size bride and paying extra to have the plus size delivered. Ultimately, I chose a different dress elsewhere, but wanted to leave a review about my experience!Nicole was great consultant and I felt so comfortable throughout my appointment. She pulled out so many dresses for me and ones I was so close to purchasing too. She wasn't pushy and was truly supportive. Claire's also had an awesome portal of the inventory and truly a respectful range in price of dresses. I highly recommend Claire's Fashion.

This will now be my 2nd year coming here to Claire’s! We came here last year to shop for my daughter’s Jr Prom. We had such a great experience that we came back for her Senior Prom! Our consultant, Nicole was fantastic! She was patient, kind and attentive. She had dresses pulled already before we came, which saved on time, so we were able to go straight into the dressing room and start trying on dresses! I have 3 daughters, and I will be back next year for prom shopping!! Thank you Claire’s for another great experience!! Thanks Nicole for your professionalism and your attention to detail!!!

Predatory wedding boutique that overcharges brides during the most stressful time. Ladies, please shop elsewhere!! So many nicer boutiques with friendlier staff (and better selection!) in the area to visit.

Our first time buying a prom dress and this place was AMAZING! You have someone assigned to you to help you pick out dresses, try on dresses, talk through what you like about them or what you don’t like about them. It’s just a fantastic experience from the beginning until the end. We won’t go anywhere else to get prom dresses from now on. My daughter and I loved every minute!

This took all the stress out of shopping for a dress. The girl stayed w us the whole time and was so helpful. The gowns are beautiful and a huge selection. My granddaughter tried on ten prom gowns. The atmosphere is so nice the girls are so helpful and friendly The best shopping experience I've ever had.

I was a September 2023 bride and got my wedding dress at Claire’s. I had absolutely no idea what style dress I wanted walking into my first appointment. Shannon was my consultant and she is AMAZING. She really listened to what I liked and disliked about each dress I tried on, and she was able to go pull other dresses for me to try on based on that feedback. She was so easygoing- I didn’t feel pressured at all to make a decision or even purchase a dress from Claire’s. I ended up going to several high end bridal shops in Philadelphia, and the experiences I had there were so subpar and disappointing compared to the incredible experience I had with Shannon at Claire’s. I ultimately bought one of the dresses Shannon recommended for me based on my feedback, and I am so glad that I did. My mom even went back to Claire’s to find her Mother of the Bride gown since we had such a fantastic experience with Shannon. I cannot recommend Shannon or Claire’s enough!

I highly recommend Claire's for prom shopping. Yes,there are a lot of girls shopping at the same time. Each girl has their own stylist and they are wonderful. My daughter was struggling to find the right gown. The owner even stepped in to help. They let her take extra time. They were kind and beyond patient. If dress shopping is a challenge for your daughter, take her here. We went to other dress shops where she was dismissed pretty quickly. Claire's is a gem

We went to Claires for Prom Dress shopping today. Claires was a recommendation from a coworker who knew were having trouble finding a dress. Our experience with this shop has been wonderful from making our appointment to saying yes to the dress. A change in our schedule happened last minute and Claires was able to give us an earlier appointment time. We travel from an hour away so this was helpful. Our wait time for our appointment was minimal. Our consultant Nicole was sweet, attentive, and helpful. There were so many dresses to choose from and my daughter found many that she loved. We did not feel rushed from Nicole. After trying on several dresses she even suggested a once over through the racks to be sure we didn’t miss something first time around. This was not our experience at other stores. Prices were reasonable and check out was smooth and easy. The cherry on top is there was no sales tax on the dress. Everyone wins lol My daughter says she absolutely loves the dress she chose and thats the best thing I could have heard. I am so glad we took the ride today.

Don’t go if you’re plus sized or disabled. Really a shame, since I’ve seen such good reviews. Staff is polite. That’s why they get 2 stars. However if you need a ramp, space, or anything remotely to accommodate a disability this is NOT the place to go. I hate to do this to a small business, but as a plus sized disabled individual I shouldn’t feel like I wasn’t even in their thought process. My mobility aide couldn’t even fit in the dressing room. The only ramp is in the back of the store outside. (There’s no ramps inside.) There was a total of maybe 15 dresses my size I could look at, and only 2 of them were even remotely what I wanted. The smaller sizes had so many different options. This is such a shame. I hope this brand learns to include plus sized and disabled customers.

An unforgettable say yes to the dress experience. All the dresses were stunning and my bridal consultant Dominique was amazing. She listened to the style of dress I wanted and helped me find the perfect one. I would definitely recommend them to any bride to be!!

I had Olivia Mulford and she deserves a raise. She took her full time and effort into helping me find my prom dress and I am more than happy with my choice. I highly recommend her to anyone. Best person there!!!!!
