I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Diana and Fernandes (not sure if that’s was the exact name)at Citizen Bank on Kirkwood Highway. They both displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and expertise in assisting me with my banking needs. Their friendly and attentive approach made me feel valued as a customer, and I highly recommend their stellar service to anyone in the area.

I LOVE citizens bank. The staff are very helpful and very friendly plus very knowledgeable. The mobile app is so awesome. It’s so hard to find excellent services from other banks. Citizens Bank is not like the rest. The staff work with you and they explain everything plus they show you how to use their app properly while you’re at one of their branch offices. I didn’t get that kind of help from other banks. Thank you Citizens Bank for all your hard work and support.

The team at Citizens on Kirkwood Highway did a fantastic job helping me set up new checking and savings accounts so that I could take advantage of a promotion. Ed was great to work with, went above and beyond, and answered all of my questions and then some. Can't recommend him and this branch enough!

My absolute favorite bank to go to! I will drive out of my way just because I know whoever is working will be pleasant. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I have never had any issues banking with them, and honestly my favorite bank For personal or business reasons, make sure you bank with them! They will NOT disappoint! ?

The woman at the teller woman was horrible. She had a very poor attitude when I pulled up and I asked if I could cash my bonds. The woman explained that they no longer do that in store. Kinda odd since your website says that you still can . AND then telling me I need to go through the IRS website. It’s actually the national treasury but this employee is obviously okay giving incorrect information to the clients.

I Called our Local Banking Branch in Kirkwood Plaza today because we are a business and had an issue with a payment from one of our clients. I called the branch and spoke with Victoria about our issue and not only was she pleasant and extremely helpful: She also offered to drive to our clients house to rectify the issue! I've worked in the financial industry my entire career and I have never witnessed a better example of going above and beyond for a client in all my years!!! Way to go Victoria! I will be sure to mention this to your supervisors!
