Very difficult money transaction system and their customer service is slower than a Slug. You'll be lucky if the customer service here answered your call after 2-3hrs

Not finding myself near my normal downtown bank a map led me to this little branch just off Marsh Road. I found gaining entry a little tricky. I went to a door but it said exit only so I walked to the other side of the building but there was no door there. A man who was leaving said he did the same thing his first time there too. He showed me another door next to the one he came out of. So in essence like some supermarkets, one door in, one door out. Once inside the entrance I was in a tunnel like metal detector that led to yet another door that had a green and red button. The man to tell me what to do had driven away so I pressed the green button but nothing happened. I pushed the large hand bar and finally I was in the bank. I was greeted by an enormous bowl of lollipops. How cute. As I mentioned the bank is small, only two teller windows and some offices in back. Off to the side the doors to the vault and safety deposit boxes were open and I was fascinated by it. I started to take a picture of that but decided it wasn't wise.

Avoid Citizens bank because of their fee structure and "holding" check policy. we had deposited two checks for $9000 on the 15th, then was charged an overdraft fee--Citizens bank "held" the deposit until the 18th when checks came due from the account; total value of the checks was less than than 10% of the deposit. now they've added fees for electronically transferring money to accounts at separate banks. do your research and find a less fee-happy bank. we are!
