AWFUL branch ...The atm is ALWAYS BROKEN.And the tellers intentionally takes a long time per customer (Not quick and efficient whatsoever), AND the in branch reps will sit there for a good 20 minutes and not even acknowledge you while you're sitting in one of the chairs waiting.I've even seen Representatives hanging over the dividers chatting up minutes on end while customers are waiting to be seen.If you're looking for a frustrating experience, absolutely come to this branch.

CITIZENS BANK IS THE WORST BANK YOU MAY DEAL WITH , THE BANK STEALS MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNTS AND WHEN I COMPLAINTED TO THE HIGHEAST RANKING OFFICERS , I DISCOVERED THAT THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME MENTALITY OF STEALING DESIRES AND SUPPORTING EACH OTHER .

If you were not aware Wilmington, Delaware is a big bank Mecca. With that said I have had too much trouble with Bank of America to let it slide in 2019 especially when many competitors like Citizens is offering cash bonuses to move your business. Citizens is offering up to 500.00 depending on the accounts you choose. This branch is huge. Right across the street from M&T. The customer service is top notch and they don't charge you a ridiculous 35.00 fee for overdrawing your account 2.00 for a cup of coffee. Looking forward to my bonus.

Poor customer service after a long wait it ultimately made me make the decision I'm gonna just take my money & open up a different account with a new bank I still don't have my pin for my card after waiting 3 weeks

The tellers are rude and have poor customer service skills. A young white gentleman on the a.m. of 7/16/18 refused to give me change for a $5.00. He cited policy indicating that I needed to open an account there. I understood and respect him for following the rules; however, he spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner.

Good service, but I really don't like being told I can make deposits at the ATM every single time I come in there to make a deposit. I tend to take larger deposits inside because the ATM only takes 30 or so bills at a time and you end up having to do different ATM transactions if you have more than that. Look, I KNOW that I can make this deposit at the ATM. I'm sorry to bother you, but I don't feel like standing at your ATM doing multiple transactions when you could just do one transaction at the counter for me. Thanks.
