I am a frequent flyer here...right now I have bloodwork done on a weekly basis...the staff is always professional...yet very personable. I started using the services here a year ago...I wouldn't get my labs done anywhere else!

Staff is extremely rude when you call with questions they don't have the answer to. Seems like a "not my problem" attitude, very ghetto. Do better Christiana.

After my visit today, I won't get bloodwork done anywhere else! I needed routine bloodwork done for my primary care office, and tried going to Quest around the corner from me. I arrived there to find ten people in line and no idea as to how long it would take. Not being able to wait as I needed to go to work, I looked up other area labs and settled on ChristianaCare Lab Services right down the road (it's also in the same building as my allergist). I walked in and was quickly brought to the counter to provide my ID and insurance by Zakia, who was lovely. Nicola then welcomed me back to get my blood taken; NEVER did I ever think I would say that blood work was pleasant! Nicola was lovely and spoke to me to keep me distracted. The pinch was painless (this coming from someone who hates needles) and was over before I knew it. I will suggest this office to everyone I know!

I love this place. Getting your labs is not fun, but this is my first and only pick for getting all my bloodwork. There are lots of places much closer, but I choose to take the 15 minute ride. I make my appointment easily online, the ladies are friendly, and I'm in and out. Nothing to complain about!

The staff are very polite and kind…both of the head nurse’s (am & pm) are very beautiful people in general, and have very warm Personalities…I couldn’t ask for more during my stay !!!
