I’ve been calling this place of business to inquire about becoming a new patient since they opened at 8AM EST. It is now 12:25PM EST and no one has answered, called me back, nor returned my voice message. Highly unacceptable for a healthcare facility!

I unfortunately have had almost all negative experiences with this practice since switching there about a year ago. They have mismanaged my medication prescription multiple times, which resulted in a relapse in symptoms of an infection. It is close to impossible to get a hold of anybody in a reasonable amount of time. I almost always felt rushed when I was in the office, this included prenatal appointments. My most recent issue is being able to get a hold of somebody to pay a fee for a form. It shouldn't take four voice messages for someone to call a patient back. (Still waiting)

I came to this office after my prior office stopped delivering babies and I was expecting my second. I have been thrilled with the interactions I have had with every single doctor here. The staff is caring, considerate, and well informed. I feel listened to at every appointment and that my desires are heard and affirmed. I very much appreciate the efforts of the staff and want you to know your knowledge and care for your patients is very much noted.

Calling this office and trying to get in touch with somebody is impossible. There is never anybody to answer the phone to answer any questions I have. I feel like it is very inconvenient that I can never call and get a live person on the phone. Instead they want you to leave a message and wait up to two days for a response. Better off going to the ER with concerns.

I was seen by the wonderful doctors, nurse practitioners, midwives, and nurses for almost four years—and they saw me through two pregnancies; some of the best providers I’ve ever had (in general) have been here. Dr. McClure is the best doctor I have seen probably ever; smart, compassionate, and truly cares about your health and well-being. When I had questions during my pregnancies, the nurses or on-call providers were always wonderful, and helpful. I will say, there was one doctor who I didn’t mesh with (they didn’t listen to me at all and argued I didn’t know my body), but scheduling was able to work with me to be seen by someone else. I’m sad to move away, because the providers here are some of the best!

Impossible to get in touch with. No one follows up with you, even after you give an honest review and speak with management because they call you. No one called with results. Horrible place

I only wait in the waiting room for 10 minutes max. This is about 60 minutes less than the last practice I went to. All of the docs are nice. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr.McClure. She’s an excellent doctor, has a great bedside manner and is really good at explaining things. She’s super patient and always answers all my questions making sure to educate me. Would definitely recommend.

I’m trying to book a appointment, as a new patient. I trying call every day this week and no answer I even left a message and no one response to me. When I trying to call again no one answer and it say the mailbox was full. Unacceptable.

Siri Holton, MD & Jen Hogan, RN are the best. My pregnancy has been an adventure to say the least & both Dr. Holton & Nurse Jen have been there for me every step of the way. Props to Jen Hogan for putting up with my 101 questions/ concerns throughout the duration of my pregnancy. I never have an issue with getting a call or message back- typically within the same day.

I went to this practice for an OBGYN. They’ve never made me wait an unreasonable amount of time. Everyone is GREAT!! From the front desk to the doctors. Friendly & understanding. 10/10!

I’ve have belonged here for years. NP Kerrie Marino is great. However, the other staff are extremely rude. They NEVER answer the phone! They do not return calls and they are extremely unprofessional. I have been having the same issue for the past year.. they simply do not care to answer or return calls to clients. Absolutely unacceptable. I referred a family member there and they never even bothered to return her calls either. She was very unhappy. If you are someone who would ever like to get ahold of your doctors office I would recommend not wasting you time with this office.
