They don’t open at 8am I went early and the lady said there’s no one there to help me she do nails but by appointment and no one is there to schedule me an appointment smh ?♀️

Warning: This will be a long rant! Went to them one time before this. Got a Groupon as a gift so my daughter and I went. The owner did my daughters hair and she did a good job. So when I got another Groupon I didn't have a problem going. Got there for my daughter's appointment and immediately the receptionist and stylist said oh I we can't do "Ethnic" hair. I was stunned. I said ok you can't but the owner did my daughters hair and there was no problem with her "ethnic" hair then. They did all this scattering to get a black lady that worked there (their words) They wanted me to pay her an extra $50-$60. I said no I have a paid Groupon so you can pay her. (Scattered around again). Then they asked if I had a different way to pay. I said I'm not paying anything else. (Scattered again) The asked me, my 15 year old and her friend if we had a credit card. With their ignorance they were not understanding that I wasn't paying anything extra. I went outside to try and figure out a refund because they obviously couldn't/wouldn't provide the service I paid for. While there they forgot (or didn't care) that my daughter and her friend were there. They said we're not making anything from Groupon I'm not paying the black lady (their words) Ok first of all why offer a Groupon and feel that way and why offer Groupon and it's going to attract different people- Ethnic people to your salon if you can't provide the service?! While talking to Groupon a lady (that's a nice word for her) opened her door onto mine. I checked and she yelled ah it's fine. I said well that's what I'm doing is checking to see if it is. She made her way to the salon and I was still checking my door to make sure and she yelled are you kidding me?! I said no I'm not it's raining and I'm making sure as I wipe the door to check! As she walked inside she called me a b**** not knowing my daughter and her friend were inside. I walked in and was furious! I said I'm don't with this establishment. I already experienced how your salon handled us with ethnic hair and now the way your customers treat people. I'm done. And this is MY opinion of this salon. So before you schedule an appointment.. see if they can handle or want to handle your ethnic hair!! This is so summarized. I'm very disgusted and un pleased. Also, Besides those feelings I'm angry, sad and heartbroken because the way they kept telling us they can't and won't do her ethnic hair my daughter felt embarrassed. Very unacceptable!! I would NEVER recommend this salon.. NEVER- - EVER!!

The team at Chez Nicole was awesome, from working with us on scheduling, to doing mani-pedi for the entire wedding party while following SARS-COVD-2 precautions.Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!
