Manager of this location is a liar. No wonder this place has a 3.8- He told me he hired final 2 people but then why is the sign still up? W.e enjoy working in a run down mall.

So this store is extremely unprofessional. They have 4-5 employees engaged in personal conversations. You have to help yourself. If you ask them questions they busy talking about what the personal opinions are instead of showing you what you asked for. I had to ask to be rung up on the register and they carried a conversation with other employees the entire time they rung up my sister and my item. If I could give no stars I would have. Nice stuff in store. Terrible customer service with your employees. They need to be retrained or let go. Shopping is supposed to be a wonderful experience not a soap opera. Would I return-no.Terrible experience.

Went to return and shop this evening and the gentleman was on his cell phone having a personal conversation. Like personal, inappropriate conversation. In efforts not to break his personal conversation he motioned for my receipt, motioned for me to sign and continually pointed, prompting me to do things. The man spoke not word to me the entire transaction. I didn’t even shop to replace what I was returning in efforts to get my kids out of earshot of his conversation.

Champs is my favorite place to go for all the latest sports apparel and gear. They have an endless selection of the best sneakers. Their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. Their prices are the best in the area. I definitely recommend Champs Sports.
