Sometimes there are great finds in there but for the love of everything please hire people and pay them a living wage because I stood in line on a Wednesday afternoon for 25 minutes.

Cannot walk through aisles. Visibly watching people tuck things into their coats. Unknown liquids, open soda cans, and snacks were inside of products for sale. Parking lot is dark and super unsafe. DART buses are driving like NASCAR and customers are almost getting hit.
Due to safety locks on the cart, I couldn't bring my cart past the sliding doors to the cart or car to the cart without risk. Broke most of my purchase.
This is what happens when you don’t value your employees.

The prices are great the store was ok could use better cleaning and the bathrooms were terrible all but one stall broken and urine all over the floor

I really wish they didn't change up with the clothing selections. This used to be a go to for some work boots, etc. but sadly, I think I'll just shop elsewhere for clothing, due to the fact that they only have 1 cashier working at a time. I stood in line for 30 mins....smh....but they do have a nice selection of home goods.

AVOID COMING Fridays afternoon/nights.
Leadership in this store is cheap. Let me tell you this story. I get impatient following people around in stores. I had a chance of going to the applebee’s in Kirkwood from work by mistake as my wife got on the line. I got here and she’s still on the line. You know why? Burlington is running a skeleton crew. ONE single cashier and a very long line as I type this 3/22 at 7:38. Some people on this line will be here at 9:00PM. I don’t blame this cashier if she gets frustrated by then.
Burlington give this woman a promotion or better pay. This is disgusting, a diservice to her and a punishment for customers that decided to spend their money here.
Stop being so cheap, make it right for her. Get her help, It wont hurt your bottom line. In fact some people could leave the line and go home instead of shopping.

Good selection of clothes but be ready for waiting in line 30 to 45 min. Last 6 times I came here, that was the average wait. They only staff a single cashier for some reason and you always see people dropping everything and walking off because of the slow cashier process.

Terrible experience with this Burlington. Waited over 45 min in line. Cashier called manager Valerie. She told him that people don’t want to work. She never showed up to back him up. I understand the short staffing situation but for support just help the cashier. No sales-no business

This is really unprofessional and unnecessary this Burlington needs more workers not just one person working the line and the security. I cannot believe this line leads all the way to the back of the store. This is ridiculously unacceptable, Do Better!!

THEY NEED CASHIERS!!! I waited almost 20 minutes because there was only 1 person in the register. I was the only person in line, and it still took 20 minutes. This is insane, waste of time in a place where they don’t take customer service seriously.

Burlington's unwritten return policy is all purchases have to be returned from the same store they were purchased at stood in line for 15 min at this store just for the cashier to look at the receipt and say that I have to return my items at the exton location. I contacted corporate to advise them that that should be in the policy or told to customers when making the purchase. Corporate stated that's what management discretion means in the policy. Management never got involved in my return so I'm not sure how management discretion factors in also extremely misleading information.
