Before I ever started working at Brandywine I shopped at Brandywine and so has my daughter Sam!! It really is a family vibe there and everyone is very helpful! My daughter and I have been going there for the last decade! We all really try to go above and beyond and the staff works well together! We have a lot of returning customers and generational customers! I personally really enjoy helping people and making sure they're getting exactly what it is that they want! It can be challenging at times but we go above and beyond for customer service!

This is the second time me getting furniture from them and I've also helped a sister and a friend get furniture from them so I decided to go back to them this time and I would love or really like my leather lounge furniture.

It's a low end store. You'll never recognize any of the brand names, well, most of them anyway. 90 percent of their stuff is damaged. Won't give you your money back, store credit only. If they say 4 to 6 weeks on a special order, which by the way can NOT be cancelled,... bet on an eternity.

I purchased two dressers for my daughter. Marco is very pleasant and knowledgeable. However, Christy is very rude and appears to not like the public, which makes the total experience not worth it. I had the option of shopping here or Cohen's due to Marco I chose Brandywine. I will never shop here again for whatever reason Christy takes her role as (owner) to a whole different level. She speaks very down to you and by my experience with her has a sense of entitlement that is not for customers. Very POOR customer service on her behalf and it is extremely sad. I worked hard to become who I am and be able to afford anything I want and refuse to let someone like Christy make me feel anything less. I asked for a Supervisor or Management and was told flat out no, well as a paying customer I have ever right to request that. When I asked for a corporate phone number or higher up contact I was told "this is a family business". My family has their own business as well and would never conduct ourselves in such a manner. Just a word of advise employee training is definitely needed. It is a shame because as stated previously Marco is amazing.

This stores is a hidden gem. I had to shop some major furniture and none had the stock. I visited Brandywine and was amazed by the large collection including the kids stuff on second floor. The sales staff answered all my questions. Delighted to do business.

My wife and I went here a few weeks ago. We were quite impressed by the amount of products, as well as the decent prices. I also collect African statues and mask and they had some nice ones! After a bit of bargaining I settled on two pieces for a really wonderful discount. I'm sure we will back.Peter

If I could give a negative star rating I would. This place is a rip off and no customer service at all. I hope you go out of business for all I care. I have been coming here for 18 years never had an issue. Then one day I meet Marco the sales guy and Chuck the so called owner who sucks even more. He was very rude and should be glad worse didn't happened on how he disrespected me. I paid for couch set and dining set and when they delivered it dining set was wrong color went to rectify and they both were horrible and tried to charge restocking and assembly fee . Are you serious?? We paid hard earned money and won't honor a customer and do a swap out or something we didn't even ask for a refund. I will never in my life go back there and I warn anyone who goes there not to because they are crooks all about a sale and not the people. As soon as I said I wasn't going to do a sale he lied about a color and I paid in full for this to happen . Please beware.

Manager doesn’t reply or call back. They’re only nice when you come to buy. But at soon as there’s an issue, they’re quiet. Sickening!!!

This place is a wilmington classic! Years ago I got a mirror or a rug from here. I was bored this particular day and saw a lovely blue chair outside I thought would be great for my office. It was overpriced in my opinion, so didn’t indulge. Respectfully, this is tightly compact, above average “upscale” furniture spot. You gonna see a lot of bling, glitz, and pops of hood glam, throughout the maze-like store. If you love a kinda ghetto fabulous decor and (knockoff) designer home goods like bathroom rugs, then you should definitely come here!

For me to move out in delaware about a month ago this furniture store prevents me from traveling back in fourth to Philly for things I may need. Great customer service
