My husband and I went in a few weeks ago to look and ask some questions and the salesman was really knowledgeable and informative. No pressure to buy. We finally were able to get a bike so we went back and again had excellent service.

Found you on Google Maps on the way to NYC! Discovered my bike had a flat when we loaded up this morning and thankfully you weren’t too terribly far off course. Decided to stop and take care of the tire instead of waiting until we got to our destination. Fastest fix ever! You had us in and out in 10 min…fixed and paid! Thank you so much!! Entered the raffle for Cranksgiving and the beautiful display of bikes eased my husband’s stress of making the stop (it was a little out of the way…my bad on the directions ??). Great service and great shop!!

Honest business; I had an issue with a set of tires they recommended, and after calling they quickly offered to fix the problem. Took the bike back into the shop and everything has been fixed.

Visited the store three times, and each time we went in, a different salesperson gave us conflicting information on price and availability of the same bike. Ready to buy, instead we left in exasperation, and wondered why a simple purchase had to be that difficult. We recommend going someplace else.

Bought $1500 tubeless bike there. When I was walking out they mentioned that I can just bring it in and they will refresh the sealant for me during 90 days maintenance window. I brought bike back for some basic maintenance and asked to refill sealant. They charged $20 per tyre for labor just to put the sealant in!!! Wouldn't budge on it at all. It requires basically as much labor as pumping a tire!Also, bike wasn't put together really well. Some parts came loose on the first ride.EDIT: downgrading even further to 2 stars. Because when I brought the bike home after their maintenance, the derailleur was misaligned. There is a clicking sound coming from it and you can't shift up to one the speeds. I have to shift up twice and then once down. They are not even doing a simple shifter check before giving the bike back to you!This place has terrible quality control!

Went in prepared to make a $800 purchase and told I couldn’t take the bike for a test ride because the streets were wet. I offered to come back the following day but they are closed Mon/Tues. The Trek store down the street let me take out multiple bikes and earned my business.
