Hello...I went to store to get an up grade every thing went well until I decided to not want the phone I called first to see if I could exchange but the rep.was not nice about the matter he had told me that the store doesn't give refunds or exchanges he told me to call 611 or 911 ....so I called HR (611)...they told me I had a 7 day exchange or refund policy....when I got to the store it was a different tone after I again call HR (611)....HE changed his Attitude.
