Always awesome friendly service. Lines are often long especially now with covid but they are a great team just probably need more help! Be patient people! They're doing all they can especially during holidays and this time. Love that you can utilize the drop off service as well - recommend printing and weighing your labels ahead of time so you can just run in and drop off. You can also use their self service after hours which the machine will weigh and print for you.

2nd time in a month I went in for 100 stamps. ALWAYS A LONG, LONG LINE. SLOW TO NO1st time, the woman gives me Kwaanza stamps. I don't have a problem with them being Kwaanza so much except that that so called holiday was months ago. I also don't want Thanksgiving or Christmas stamps this time of year. I asked if I could get "regular" stamps. She was adamant that was all they had. Really? She just wanted to get rid of them and looked at me like "go ahead, have a problem with this"...Today, surprise, surprise....no line. I have NEVER experienced this. The gentleman behind the counter said he was closed. Another worker walked away. So even though I was the only one there, I waited 5 minutes to be waited on. Ridiculous. Asking for another 100 stamps I get something besides "regular" stamps. I told her I just need regular stamps. These are huge. She was digging through a big envelope, again adamant that they don't have regular stamps, that the only person that can get them out of the safe is not there. I told her that every time I come in they act like I'm bothering them. They are the slowest, rudest, most miserable people I've dealt with in a customer service setting ever.

Never enough staff and always a line! Don't be in a hurry or need extra assistance whwn visiting here. While the staff will help you, they will also make you feel as if you're bothering them!

Me and my fiance had a scheduled appointment for passports. Everyone was so polite and friendly. I have never experienced this at a post office. I mean everyone in the place was seriously nice and friendly. I will continue to use this post office even if it is out of my way just because of their service.
