I was blown away by the professionalism of this company. While the couch we selected ended up not fitting in our narrow stairway, the team at Bob’s was helpful from beginning to end. Great communication before delivery, easy refund when the couch had to be returned. We were so sad we couldn’t get the couch of our dreams from Bob’s but everyone with a wider stairwell should!

Bobs discount furniture was great ! We shopped around and Bobs Definetly had the best prices for the same style furniture that other stores had and Cynthia our sales rep was great ! gave us the info we needed and then let us look around without being pushy, will def shop at Bobs Discount Store again.

Had an order for pick up, it was literally one piece. Went in, checked in, sat outside and waited in line for like an hour with no help while people who came after us left before us. I went back in and a gentleman from sales said he would personally load our item. This was probably the only redeeming thing. The furniture is otherwise okay but pickup service is lacking, it seems like you’re better off paying for their over priced delivery.

Bob’s had a nice selection to choose from although their stock was a little light like everyone else these days. Diane, our sales person was really great! Educated us about the different types of furniture and the different financing options, professional, and considerate. I would recommend Diane and Bob’s to anyone

My experience was very please and way!! Charles was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable and proficient!! Helped to get me new bed for my girls and went over differences of mattresses that I never knew

Nice store and associates and we did find a mattress that we purchased. Multiple downsides to this:
We have to either wait 3 weeks or 3-7 days.
If I wanted to pick up myself it would be 3 weeks.
If they deliver it’s 3-7 days and they charge for delivery. No one else does this.
So although they had better options to choose from mattress wise, I hate the downsides more.
Probably won’t buy here again.

When we finally decided what we wanted the girl told us that their system was down and that she was off for the next 2 days and hopefully the system would be back up and someone would call us that was 4 days ago. Never heard back from anyone. So at this point I am taking my business elsewhere

It’s always an amazing experience at bobs outlet. The team is always professional and attentive. The people who help load the merchandise in my vehicle are so nice as well. I only shop at bobs and I tell everyone I know to only shop at bobs brandywine parkway!
