Signed up Saturday and had assessment tonight . Very excited to get started on a new healthy path. Have met a couple very nice people and the trainers I have spoken with are very knowledgeable and helpful. A very comfortable place to work out

Fabulous Fitness Studio! Personal attention starting with the most comprehensive fitness evaluation ever! The trainer will then develop a plan for you and demonstrate the machines to be used. Very clean...COVID protocols followed. Many varied classes to also choose from!

I love Beyond 50, and have been a member for 2 years. Having professional staff members to work up work outs has been so helpful. Everyone (staff and members) is friendly and caring. I recommend Beyond 50 to anyone looking to get stronger and healthier.

I love Beyond Fifty. Trainers always on site AND Accessible, everyone smiling and having fun, personal assessments and workout plans have made a HUGE difference in my routines. I have never waited for equipment! Size is perfect for individual attention, classes are fun and instructors always offer modifications based on your fitness level. Regular opportunities for socialization if you want, education, and community activities. They will keep you energized and motivated. Best wellness/fitness money I have ever spent!

My friend Judy couldn't say enough about the new workouts you was doing at Beyond 50. So I check it out, starting slowly due to a shoulder injury. Here I am about 6 months later, feeling amazing, racing to get here at 6:00 AM to work out with the fabulously tough trainer Anne :-) âï¸âï¸ðŸ’ªâï¸âï¸

With SilverSneakers, you get free access to gyms and fitness classes nationwide, except Beyond Fifty Delaware, which doesn't allow access unless you pay a monthly fee. If you are a Silver Sneakers member, check out all the other places in your area that allow you free access and have free classes, a locker room, and many other free benefits.

I have had back and hip pain for 2 years. Cortisone shots , prednisone and physical therapy have worked for 2 weeks to a month and then I am right back to the usual pain. I began working with Anne Balbach about 6 mos ago and am truly amazed at how well controlled my hip pain is. My every day pain has decreased considerably and at times I have been able to go several days in a row without taking any pain medicine . I must admit the trick is to stick with the exercises. I did take a few days off and the pain came back. But working with Anne and Beyond Fifty is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time.

I can't believe that I am so motivated by Beyond Fifty Fittness Center. It is not overwhelming or intimidating. It is actually fun and I usially hate to exercise but I find myself arranging my daily activities around mt fittness routine so that I may attend at least 4 days a week. I love that this facility is so clean and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The program they set for me is very attainable, yet challenging. The staff is forever present and hands on. I love the "Fkexability and Balance " class I have been taking and my body and mind feels so fresh and fit when I finish. This is indeed the BEST gym I have ever tried. Love everything about BEYOND FITTNESS.

Love this place! I can't say enough good things about it. The owner and coaches are wonderful and always there on the floor to provide assistance if needed. There is no intimidation. Even the music is great. I'm so happy I joined!
