I was making a purchase at Best Buy, Concord Pike. Paying "CASH" During check out, the cashier asked for my name, when I refused to give up "PERSONAL INFORMATION" my name, I was informed Best Buy could not sell me the item. Best Buy has an internal company policy that is VIOLATING every Americans "Right" to privacy, freedom. (2) when I called to speak to a manager, someone from "OUTSIDE" the United States tried to help, but really doesn't under the rights and freedoms Americans have. BEST BUY IS VIOLATING THE US CONSTITUTION demanding my personal information when paying cash.

Geek squad is legendary for their poor service. I would never subject myself to them if I wasn't forced to. Today was a forced to. As expected not only do they not understand their own policies, but their employees are also completely untrained at customer service.It's honestly shocking. No intelligent world be caught dead here.And no, they didn't resolve any issue. Due to their performance they also lost a 450 purchase I was just about to make.Avoid like the plague

The bedside manner at this location is still awful.Mother recently left from only needing to ask a question about if a laptop she purchased from this location needed toner.An employee rudely asked if she had an appointment and asked if her printer was broken.She repeated she was just there to ask if the printer takes toner and if so where to put it.The employee then told her that her printer was broken and tried to convince her to buy a new printer.My mother asked another employee who thankfully helped her locate where the toner is located in the printer.They can’t say they aren’t trained to know where the ink/toner goes, because when I was hired here a few years ago they trained you during orientation about all the products.This location needs to do better especially with assisting customers that are constant shoppers here.I let my mother know to go to a different location but we may just stop doing business here altogether.Trying to convince older customers, minorities at that, to purchase a new device without even checking their current device makes the company untrustworthy, especially when a 70 year old is just asking where to put the toner if the printer takes it.Have more respect and dignity for our seniors.
