Received TERRIBLE customer service from the supervisor NICO today. When I mentioned that I worked in sales and would prefer not to leave a negative Google review. He told me that I was now threatening him and told me to leave the store.

Great curbside experience. Ordered a few gifts online and within the same day, they were available for pickup. This was extremely easy compared to in-store pickup at this location, a lot of confusion and chaos at the customer service area.

I went to this location looking to buy 2 ice makers. The greater was very nice and told me where to go and who to see. So I did and spoke to the guy and he said he would send someone to help me. 25 minutes later as he was watching me wait nobody came to help. So I left the store and went home and ordered them from Amazon and at a cheaper price.The service in the past was great and now this.

The worst store a couple of days ago I bought a drone for almost 2,000 dollars on a Sunday I got home I read the manual to which it told me that I had to charge the batteries first well I did it I got ready to use my drone and look what I had a broken leg, so I ran to the store the same day to complain and they told me that they would not take care of it since the box was open, something very stupid since obviously I have to open the box to see my purchase, they told me no. They could exchange it for me and they could only give me 50% in a refund. It's not the first and last purchase I make in this store, very bad service, people who are not at all trained to provide customer service, you walk in and everyone is in their world, no one tells you. provides lousy lousy lousy help at least in this store ??

why do you have such stupid rules??? I will never buy anything from you again! Yesterday I ordered and paid for a laptop for $3500. Today I arrive and they tell me that it is not ready, but you can cancel your order and buy the same laptop in our store. Are you normal???? a person came for a paid product, just give it to him!! Why are you making up your stupid rules?? I drove 13 hours to get this laptop from another state, I’m canceling the order and never never again I will become your client!

This is not your father's Best Buy! Gone are the CDs and DVDs. In their places are high end appliances like Italian coffee makers, refrigerators, and stoves. Every home automation you can think of is here. There's a high end stereo room and TVs that are in every price range. They even have e-bikes!
