I had my brows tinted and waxed by Taylor. I thought she did a great job. My brows look amaze balls! Highly recommend Taylor and I will be returning again!

I really like the way they do my brows here! They have a "Benefits Brow" bar that is part of the store. I booked my appointment online with no issues. Just googled the store and used the links to book one. I have now been twice and the girl who does the brow waxing, Taylor, has not disappointed me yet. The price is quite high in my opinion, $23. However, at this point I think it is worth it for me because I prefer waxing and have not read good threading reviews in the area. I'd rather pay someone to do my brows correctly than to risk having them butchered! I took away 1 star in the review just bc of the price compared to where I used to get my brows waxed. Other than that, highly recommend!

I do not recommend Ulta salon for formal styles. My daughter went there for a prom style with Jaime. By the time my daughter drove home her hair style was falling out. Not to mention she looked like George Washington with a hard center part, low ponytail and almost all the front of her hair hanging loose. I called the salon at first I explained the situation and was promptly hung up on. I called back and was told they used 2 types of hair spray and 8 pins!! As if that makes it better?! Got my eyebrows done by Caitlin Kim and they look great! She listened to my suggestions and kept them looking natural and full. I’m extremely picky about my eyebrows so it’s rare that I am so excited about it. If you have thick brows eyebrow mapping is the way to go & the customer service is great! Definitely coming back to see Caitlin again

I wish they took walk-ins because sometimes it's hard to get an appointment because of their availability. That being said when I do get an appointment I love the way my brows turn out! I've had other places where I broke our after from the wax but it's never happened here which is nice. I also like that they show you how to fill them in.
