I recently dealt with this company through a partnership with Peddle to pick up my old truck. I have to say that they did an excellent job at communication and pickup and I had no issues with them. Their driver Kira was friendly and personable and kept me informed all day to her time arrival and was there as promised. She checked the vehicle and said all was good. Payment was made and the vehicle was taken away all within 15 minutes. Very satisfied with the results.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. This company is partnered with Peddle to buy junk cars. They tried offering less than half of the quote when they arrived. Tried telling me he couldn’t pay more because there was no catalytic converter. I specifically stated in the quote that there is an after market cat on the vehicle. Scamming thieves.

Been trying since last week after I spoke with Nichole about my tag.5 minite after the driver ,that was late ,left with the vehicle. WE realized the tag was still on it.She refused to turn around, and all were getting is the run around, and people that won't answer the phone

Horrible! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They were supposed to pick up my vehicle between the hours of 12-4pm. I called a number that I saw on Google around 4:15 because at that point, they were a no call no show. A guy answered "hello." I asked if this was Baul's towing. He answered "yea." So far this interaction is unprofessional in my opinion. I stated that I had a pick-up and my time window. He asked me for what vehicle and I told him. He said "oh that's been rescheduled for next week. You didn't get a text?" I said no. He said he would look into something and then call me back. Needless to say, I never heard from him again. This was 2 days ago. I did, however, get an email the next morning at 6:34 from Peddle (the company that contracted Baul's) stating that my new time would be that day between 11-3. I got online and canceled the whole thing. I will not deal with either company again.

Very courteous and customer oriented. Nickole was very sweet and professional and delivered my vehicle for me to and from destinations and she kept me posted every step of the way. Prices are reasonable too and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

So unprofessional. Don't use this company. To much to write.... Please owner reach out to me. I'm not sure if it's the driver or the owner who I spoke with via text, but, truly unprofessional. I see by your 2.7 stars why.

Literally tried to claim my catalytic converter was missing!!! It's not!! They wanted to give me less money for it. I know what it looks like! I'm not stupid. I know enough about cars to know better. Told them I don't want their service. Then proceeded to blow up my phone to try to convince me to sell it to them. I had to tell them if they don't stop calling I will call the police. What a damn joke!

I called them to pick up a car that was illegally blocking my driveway on July 14th of 2023 at 11pm. They said they were gonna call me back. I waited 30 minutes for a callback. Then called back 2 more times. They didn't pickup and never heard from the again. For them to state they are 24/7 towing is a joke and I wouldn't recommend doing business with anyone that lies.

Hired Baul's to unload a small trailer (2,000 lbs) and deliver to a local business. They had were provided photos and agreed to our terms. When the job was done, they claimed it required a bigger truck and charged us almost 50% more. We required photos of the trailer on the ground showing it was delivered, but they refused and then threatened to go back to impound it. CROOKED AND DISHONEST. AVOID.Service: Local hauling

This company told me they would pick up my car at 3pm they never came or responded to my calls or texts. Then the next day still nothing. This is outrageous they could’ve at least let me know they were not coming I left work early to make sure I was there and had to pay my sitter extra since they had to keep my child longer.Service: Car towing
