Jim Farrow was a pleasure to work with at the Bassett’s on Concord Pike. He was very responsive & showed me many options that would fit my budget & design goals. One of the things I appreciated most was that Jim did not pressure me or bother me during the process —it probably took me 6 weeks start to finish to make my selections. Jim reached out to let me know that the items I was considering were on sale.
We love the final look of our swivel glider and end tables. Thank you, Jim!

My husband and I were feeling out to sea with getting a new sofa. Our room is small a bit difficult. Julie Luongo was so easy to work with. She drew up a floor plan and suggested what would work well and not so well. She took all the time we needed and never felt rushed. We are thrilled with our choice! I have shopped at Bassett Furniture for many years. I always seek out the same sales person- Jim Farrow. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. Often I don’t even go in, I can tell him what I saw online and he provides the information and saves me a trip. He is wonderful and so is the company. I highly recommend them.
